來了才知道，這個酒店是當地人的療養聖地，遇到個本地長者，他就住在附近經常來游泳和桑拿，這裏最出名的就是桑拿和露天暖水池。
這裏泳池分室內室外，可以從自動玻璃門游到室外，外面是暖水池，可以瞭望整個泰根湖，非常享受。 桑拿也有好幾間，最有名的頂樓的那件，德國桑拿是男女一起的，進去不能穿任何東西，毛巾就鋪在板凳上。桑拿後就可以在休息lounge ，玻璃房，泰根湖一覽無餘，在躺椅上睡一覺很暇意。
酒店在半山腰，在酒店餐廳和酒吧來一杯並眺望泰根湖，我突然覺得在洱海的感覺。
另外酒店停車免費。

Sehr gutes Hotel mit perfekten Service und excellence Lage nur leider mit einer nicht dazu passenden Bar die alles vermissen lässt was in einem solchen Hotel angemessen wäre

Das Tegernsee entspricht nicht den Kriterien eines 5 Sterne Hotels sondern ist eher überteuerte Mittelklasse. Das Ambiente und Interior wirken teilweise veraltet (Glasvitrinen mit Edelsteinen und gebrandetem Sekt, weiße Ledersofas, sehr 90er/ 2000er) und die neuen Zimmer stil- und seelenlos. Die schönen Fotos auf der Website sind irreführend und entsprechend nicht der Realität. Alles kostet extra (Yoga Kurse etc.) und der Service ist nicht Luxusklasse.

Tolles Hotel in traumhafter Lage mit großzügigem Spa und herzlichem, professionellem Service. Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel und die Preise sehr gehoben, was natürlich der Lage am Tegernsee geschuldet ist

Liegt schon atemberaubend schön oberhalb des Sees. Sehr schöne Zimmer, der Wellnessbereich mit Pool und der Aussenbar ist super. Wirklich, wirklich gutes Frühstück!!! Also mal nur das Hotel mit Frühstück und Poolbereich ist sehr, sehr gut! Also so gut die Versorgung im Hotel und beim Frühstück war, so mittelmässig ist es im Biergarten...da steht das alte Geschirr halt einfach stundenlang rum. Muss man halt selber wegräumen, wenn man an einen Tisch sitzen will. Und das Essen ist massiv überteuert. Trotzdem 5 Sterne, weil ich ja das Hotel bewerten sollte

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich traumhaft. Das Zimmer (Größe und Ausstattung)war meines Erachtens für den Preis etwas mau im Vergleich zu anderen, ähnlichen Hotels die ich in letzter Zeit besuchte. Der Teppich Boden war sehr fleckig, die "Mountain View" war auch nicht wirklich vorhanden. Das Essen war Gut aber auch etwas unter gutem Preis Leistungs/Verhältnis- eine kleine Handvoll Risotto die sogar sehr fade schmeckte für 18 Euro zB. Das Frühstück war hervorragend Das Personal und der Service ,sprich die Freundlichkeit etc. war perfekt! Die romantische Lage ist einfach traumhaft und ein großes Plus. Im Spa Bereich ist auch nichts zu beanstanden, außer dass man doch Geschlechter getrennte Duschen in Erwägung ziehen sollte. Meine Frau fühlte sich hier etwas unwohl.
