The front desk staff at the JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya are friendly, professional, and truly accommodating. I needed to leave the hotel by 6:00 a.m. to catch an early flight, and they assisted me in booking a taxi on time, making the entire process seamless.
The housekeeping department was very attentive to my comfort during my stay. I appreciated the lovely fruit, excellent decor, and the generous selection of amenities provided.
Additionally, the food at Uppercut Steak House was outstanding. The staff there were exceptional, especially the assistant manager, Erna. She provided professional service and attentively addressed all my needs, which made me eager to return to Indonesia and stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya again.
