When choosing this hotel, one of the main reason was it stated that parking is free, but when checking in, we were asked to pay £5 per day. Room was old and tired. Bath tub doesn't look clean and really small, night as well provide shower only.

The breakfast is very nice, and the venue is beautiful. The heating system worked very well and I didn't feel any cold in the room. I didn't enjoy the fact that the key card wasn't working very well and I had to come down every time to reactivate.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Bar was nicely stocked and breakfast was hot, fresh and quickly refilled. Staff was friendly, especially the manager Ewelina. There is also plenty places too eat. Not far from Rugby Stadium took us about 20min via public transport.

Nice hotel perfect for an overnight stay rooms clean and warm ...Breakfast was hot buffet Jane was a pleasure to meet very knowledgeable very friendly and still professional she is an asset to the hotel she should be encouraged to progress further in the hotel.

Jane was very friendly and a bubbly character and food is outstanding and excellent service from all the staff. I found our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was value for money and excellent quality. It's an ideal location for rugby at Twickenham stadium
