We had a terrible experience at El Remanso Tecpan. My wife and I booked a cabin to spend the night and relax. We didn't expect that the owners had an event planned until late at night and we repeatedly asked them to turn down the music, since our cabin where we were staying was right in front. They didn't care and continued the mess. The next morning we very kindly expressed our discontent and told them that as constructive criticism, if they had an event like that, they should notify the guests so they would be notified and decide whether to stay or not. The owner took it quite badly and in front of the entire restaurant he made a scene, to the point where we felt threatened by his violent acts that my wife and I decided to leave. The service of the owners is intolerable and threatens the safety of the guests and diners.

Bello lugar, los animales bien cuidados y el área limpia El servicio pésimo dos horas y no nos sirvieron en restaurante, yo lo recomendaría si se piensa en un picnic por que el área boscosa lo vale.
