Highly recommended, I have no issue with my room and service. The breakfast is always the same. But it’s fine.

My boyfriend had food poisoning on our first day after the hotel breakfast. We informed the reseptionist to make sure they check breakfast products and prevent any other cases. Reseptionist was on defensive mode saying that 80 people ate this breakfast and guided us to wait for 3 days and tell this to hotel manager. He refused to make sure they check their products.

I had a wonderful experience at Sole Palace. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

The information desk is the face of the hotel, but the attitude of customer service made the impression from first to last. No. 2 It is a place I never want to go again. What I would like to ask the hotel owner is to teach manners. Even if they are not familiar with Brock Asians, they are in a better position than the people at the information desk in terms of social status and economic power. If this unkindness is the appearance of the Georgian people, it will be disappointing.

The hotel room is not too big,but it is very worth it's price.I feel very comfortable.very clean,also workers here are very helpful.everytime i come to Tbilisi i want to live here cause it's amazing breakfast,as person like me who often eat rice,this kind of breakfast i can continuely eat for hours,espeally the jams,so good,with black bread perfect match.

Very nice hotel with nice and helpful staff working there. Both reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Very nice location just few minutes down the hill to the old town. Really nice,not boring,choices for breakfast with some traditional kartvelian cuisine choices, wonderful restaurant view to the city. Just a bit anoying that some guests come to eat breakfast with sweaty pijamas just out of bed (but that is their lack of culture nothing to do with the hotel). Rooms are spaceous with all the amenities needed for the stay. Rooms with city views are stunning, so do not hesitate to pay extra few euros for that, it is really worth it to experience amazing sunrise or beautiful city lights at night. The hotel is calm and beds are very comfortable. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Definatelly would consider to stay there again. Highly recommended. Thank you for a nice experience!

Had a pleasant stay at Sole on our last day in Georgia. We would have stayed longer if we had more time. Cute cats greet you in the front.

The hotel located at uphill, it’s better to get a taxi to get to the hotel. Beautiful hotel. Smooth check in and friendly staffs. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only downside is the size of the room. Great breakfast at the top floor overlooking Tbilisi view. Luggage storage was available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommended.

The room is good, we love the breakfast time the most. Has parking lot, although not large, which is rare ro find in old Tibilisi district

The only bonus was that it was situated in the vity centre. It maybe ok for people travelling on extremly low budget but not ideal for couples.

Wonderful place and great breakfast

The location of the hotel is really nice. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean. The breakfast view was amazing.

lady receptionist doesn't mind us waiting for a hundred years, doesn't even bother to talk or even offer a glass of water or let us know that they have available bar or restaurants that we can eat or spend some time while waiting. I understand that we arrived early, I'd approached her twice but I was told that there are no rooms available, but when an arabic guy arrived with his family, suddenly there are plenty of rooms that he can choose from. and they even accompany him to which room he would like to stay and he even rejects room that he doesn't want. after she gave 7 rooms to that guy and rejects a couple other rooms, she still doesn't bother to get my name. only when i said that I think there will be available room, only then she ask for my passport. If ever they booked directly or on any website, they should have been courteous to all guest from any nationality but I guess she doesn't care whoever you are as long as you're from Asian origin. Buffet breakfasts are good and crew in the restaurant were kind and happy to serve their guest; but because of that receptionist it leaves us a very bad impression on that hotel. Anyway, I've already discouraged most of my friends and colleagues in the UAE and from the Philippines not to choose that hotel.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful. recommended. i will visit again ❤️
