Me and my friends stayed at this hotel for 3 nights where we were warmly welcomed in by Sally. The warmth and vibrance of the hotel’s location are a great escape from modern city life. The feeling of staying in hotel GT is like staying in a home rather than just a hotel. The staff is wonderful and Sally made our stay memorable and took good care of us. The staff were very accommodating for breakfast where they even provided us with food to go when we couldn’t stay. There’s a restaurant in the building right in front of the hotel which serves delicious halal Georgian food. There are a lot of wonderful shops and places to visit around the hotel that are within walking distance.

This hotel totally lost their credit! We have booked the room 2 month before the trip from Agoda, and made the call to the front desk to make sure we would arrive. However, when we arrive after 12 hours flight at 11:55 pm, they refuse us to check in!!!! Unbelievable!!! The women at front desk kept talking about the problem with Agoda, but there were so much time and chance for them to tell us in advance!!!! But NO ONE DID THAT!!! AND she said there is no family room provided as we booked. At that midnight, we, including a child, just wanted to have a rest in a room already booked two month ago. None of the problem or misunderstanding was caused by us. At last, we change to another hotel at midnight. Thanks for the Hotel Cordata, gave us the last room, and warm welcome. The GT Hotel? VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!EXTREMELY BAD HOTEL!!!

1) L'emplacement est excellent, au cœur de la vieille ville mais dans le calme. 2) Le personnel de la réception (en particulier Luca et Nino) est extrêmement gentil et efficace. 3) Le restaurant offre une bonne cuisine géorgienne. 4) Le bar au dernier étage offre une très belle vue sur la ville et en principe on peut y manger, mais nous en avons été empêchés en raison d'un début d'incendie dans un bâtiment jouxtant l'hôtel (qui a été combattu et éteint avec bravoure par le personnel). 5) Nous avions réservé une "chambre supérieure avec balcon" mais la chambre était assez petite, la salle de bain minimaliste et le balcon microscopique (en fait, le plus petit de tout l'étage). 6) Une adresse pratique pour se reposer quelques heures avant de partir bien avant l'aube vers l'aéroport.

Wir wurden beim Check-In aufgefordert, die Buchung bei Booking zu stornieren und direkt zu buchen. Der Mitarbeiter nahm dazu unser Handy und hat erfolglos versucht, die Reservierung zu löschen, Das Hotel wollte wohl die Gebühren bei Booking sparen. Bezahlung mit Karte kostet 3% zusätzlich und ging aus technischen Gründen nicht. Es wurde auf sofortiger Barzahlung bestanden. Nach der Abreise haben wir eine Bewertung von 10 in unserem Namen gefunden, die wir nicht abgegeben hatten. So wie bei vielen anderen auch. Zimmer sehr klein, Bad stinkt nach Kanal, kein Zimmerservice. Frühstück überteuert. Sehr laut. Einziger Pluspunkt: Aussicht auf die Altstadt.
