Please stop advertising Bolu Grand Kartal Hotel. Because it burned down last month killing 78 people, injuring 51. Thirty six of the killed, were young children enjoying their school holidays. There are doubts about the safety measures. But wait until what the courts say.

Burası hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü kayak tesisi. Daha kötüsünü göreceğimi sanmıyorum. Ezilmemiş pistler, teleski kullanan yer mi kaldı. Burada oteller 50 yıllık tesisleri yenilemeden bir 50 yıl daha kullanır. Kayak sevgisini öldürür. Daha yeni Erzurumda ve Erzincan da kaydım burda nefret ettim. Sonuç kayak için buraya gelinmez.

we were on holiday with the family. very rude staff, you received no attention, we paid as a priority but we are not allowed in, we are not allowed in until 5 p.m, not helpful at all, staff were not friendly either. they also charge extra fees…..

13:30 da otele vardık. 14:10 da odamız anca hazır oldu. Yenilenmemiş odalarda kaldık. Otel genel olarak temiz ama yenilenmemiş kısımlar harici çok eski. Zaman yolculuğuna çıkmış gibi bir his veriyor. Otele 20 senedir hiş değişik yapılmamış gibi durması can sıkıcı. Açık büfe yemekler ***et lezzetli, lobby de fiyatlar uygun. Çalışanlar çok düzgün.

Bir cok sefer bu otelde konakladik ve cok memnun kaldik. Grand Kartal ve Doruk otellerini de tecrube etmis biri olarak soyleyebilirim ki kayak kayma amacli gidiyorsaniz en dogru secim Kartal Hotel. Diger taraflarda oldugu gibi kalitesiz ve kayak kaymayan kitle burada pek olmuyor. Yemekler cok lezzetli. Ayrica otelin icinde bowling sahasi, bilardo, masa tenisi gibi kayak haricinde vakit gecirebileceginiz olanaklar mevcut.

Ailecek 2 gece 3 gün konakladigimiz tesisin odası ***et rahat ve temizdi. Yataklar rahat ve konforlu. Özellikle servis personeli güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Rahat ettirmek için ellerinden geleni yapiyor. Açık büfede yemek ve meze çeşidi bol. Otel genel anlamda ***et konforlu. Pistlere yakın.

Çalışanlar özellikle satış pazarlamadan Betül hnm;resepsiyon Nagehan hnm, Naz hnm; ve resepsiyonda ismini sormayı atladığım bir bey ;her konuya çözüm odaklı yaklaştıkları için çok teşekkürler; genel olarak memnun kaldık; özellikle yenilenen odalar ***et keyifli ve tertemiz; yemekler lezzetli; kayak odası başta Erdem ve Yusuf hep yardımseverler; pistler zaten çok güzel; otel giriş ve çıkışları çok kolay; yenilenen kayak odası ferah olmuş; spada endonezyalı üçüz bayanlar var ise harika; yine spadan Elif hnma da teşekkürler; yemekler çeşitlilik ve lezzet olarak Boluyu layıkı ile yansıtıyor; restoran başarılı ancak garsonlar daha ilgili olabilirler; bazıları güleryüzlü bazıları ise ilgisiz diyebilirim; bir iki eksik nokta ise otelde mescid maalesef yok ve lobide (Grand kartal( kardeş otel) otelde )ücrete dahil olan özellikle Türk kahvesi, salep ve sıcak çikolata bu otelde de ekstra olmamalıdır. Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik.

Otel rezervasyonunu online olarak ekim ayında yaptım. Online olarak otelin odalarının yenilendiğini ve tüm otelin bir üst seviyede hizmet verdiği anlatılıyordu. Ben ileri derecede kayak yapan biriyim ve Kartal otel2e çocukluğumdan beri giderim. Ancak son gidişim bütünüyle bir hayal kırıklığı idi. Bir kere otelin odalarının yalnızca 1/3 ü yenilenmiş durumda ve bizi yenilenmemiş köhne odalara yerleştirdiler. Konuyu resepsiyonda dile getirmeme rağmen yenilenmiş odaların başka fiyat kategorisinde olduğunu söylediler. "Online rezervasyonda yeni odaların resmini gösteriyorsunuz 1" dediğimde ise sessiz kaldılar. Biz öğlen giriş yaptık, tam pansiyon olarak yaptığım rezervasyona göre çıkış günü alacağım öğle yemeğini girişte alabilir miyim? diye sorduğumda bunun mümkün olmadığını söylediler ve 2 kişilik öğle yemeği için 1800,- TL ödemek zorunda kaldım. Bu arada her türlü içki ve meşrubatın bu tam pansiyon programının dışında olduğunu ve su dışındaki herşeyi ayrıca ödemeniz gerektiğini belirtmek isterim. Kayak pistlerine gelince , yeterince kar yağmadığı ve Kartal otel'in kar makinası bulunmadığından, kar yağmaz ise pistler çok elverişsiz kondisyonda, yani kayak ta kayamıyorsunuz. Eğlence safhasına gelince, hiç bir şey yok. personelin aklına geldiği zaman devreye soktukları müzik yayınının dışında. Bir daha bu otelde konaklamayı düşünmüyorum.
