It was close to the highway so transportation was convenient.

I stayed in Taylor very nice gentleman Walter helped us and he was very nice. Makes a big difference if the person that is that front desk has a personality & Walter made a good impression for our stay!

I am a Choice Hotels Gold member so I stay in a lot of Choice Hotels. I accidently left my new pajamas folded neatly on a shelf under the bathroom sink. I called the hotel and was told to call back in the morning. I called back; a woman checked the lost and found. She said she would check with the cleaning staff. I proceeded to call TWICE A DAY FOR EIGHT DAYS. I repeatedly left my number for the manager and housekeeper--neither ever called. I called during business hours, morning and night. My pajamas were obviously either stolen or thrown away. I simply wanted an apology and acknowledgement of this horrible customer service from the manager.
