Sunni at check in was awesome. I was warmly greeted. I asked about pillows since I hate the ones that have chunks of foam inside. He showed me the new BW Victoria fiber-fill pillows that they had used to replace all pillows 3 days ago. He asked me about setting up a wake up call, which he did. Classic motor hotel. Parked in front of room. Made for easy unloading. Large mini fridge with large freezer compartment (for refreezing my cold packs) and microwave oven. Large vanity & lavatory outside of bathroom. Well-maintained with fresh finishes. My room was at the end, so when I showered late at night, I did have to wait awhile for the hot water. I did hear the train (horn) go by at 11:30 p.m. before I went to sleep and again at 3:30 a.m., but I think I had awakened on my own. Breakfast options included eggs and sausage patties, as well as bread, bagels, waffle and cereal including oatmeal packets. Fruit included bananas, apples and oranges. Yogurt and milk in the fridge. The morning receptionist was very nice, too. I stayed on a Thursday night and mentioned that I was scheduled to come back through on a Saturday night (a late change to my plans). At the time I made the reservation, only rooms with 2 beds were available (a few dollars more than single King bed). Sunni called me on Friday to ask if I wanted the room with two Queen beds or the room with a King bed. I told him either was fine as I was traveling solo. He changed my reservation to put me in the same convenient room I had used on Thursday night and dropped the price down to the rate for the King Bed room. I was most appreciative.
