This hotel is the worst hotel in Malaysia. It is located in a remote area, not on the main road, opposite a forest, and there are few people downstairs at night. The faucet in the bathroom is leaking and water is everywhere. I booked for two days and asked the boss if I could refund one day. He was condescending and said that it was impossible to refund you. Forget it, I stayed in a guesthouse for 1,300 yuan a day.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The front desk staff is friendly and helped us call a taxi to the airport to catch the plane the next morning. (The hotel's road card copy address location is not very accurate, but fortunately the boss communicated with the driver by phone and checked in smoothly.)

stayed here for the first time. when lady boss heard i'm a frequent traveler to tawau (at least 2 x 2 days trips per month) she gave me a free upgrade to deluxe room. Room was big and spacious and tv comes with netlfix. the only little imperfection for me was the lacking of water kettle in room. It would be better to either have individual kettle in each room or hot & cold water dispenser at each level. best would be also equiping the rooms with mini bar. over all its a good stay.
