This location is nearby airport but the room not comfortable for me

Too bad there is no hot water for shower. The room is quite spacious and has many windows. The staff is friendly and the service is good. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. There are some long black hairs on the floor of the room, probably from previous guests. I have short hair myself.
The location is near the market and Sri Indah bus terminal, 13 km from Tawau airport.
