Bringing a boat? no problem! Oceanpointe allows boats up to 28 feet(no jet boats or jet skis allowed on property). Florida Keys sit atop reefs, hence a great place to go snorkling or scuba diving. John Pennekamp, and Molasses Reef are few of the best places to go snorkling. Don't have a boat but want to fish? we got you covered! you can fish off our docks or the pier or you may head out to one of several bridges on Hwy US 1 and cast a line, and who knows maybe you will catch the BIG one. You could clean your catch at our fish cleaning station located in front of the pier and grill that fresh catch on the Barbie. Nothing beats the taste of freshly caught fish! Our condo has been completely updated with wood floors, stainless appliances, new ac, new paint, new furniture. the balcony. Our condo has the best location at Oceanpointe(top floor building#5 or Swordfish). You will be a stone throw away from the pool, marina and the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a blender, Kuerig coffee maker. Washer and dryer are also included in the unit for your convenience. The condo is beautifully furnished. The master bedroom has a King size bed, attached bathroom and a flat screen tv, with cable. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and an attached bathroom. The living room has a 65 inch flat screen tv with cable and a queen size sofa bed. Oceanpointe is close to a wide range of top notch restaurants, shopping plaza, movie theater, charter fishing, glass bottom boats, swim with the Dolphins park and many more fun places to visit. Our condo is equipped with state of the art smart lock which requires no keys.
