Arrivato in struttura alle 1215 chiedo della stanza e mi viene risposto che sarebbe stata pronta alle 15 perché il check out é alle 10 e ci sono altre camere da fare prima della mia. Prendo un aperitivo al bar e chiedo 2 ore dopo: stessa risposta. Praticamente non c'è nessuno in hotel ad aspettare ma......bisogna fare altre camere prima della mia. Io gestisco un hotel a Catania e ovviamente nella preparazione delle camere diamo disposizione di preparare subito quelle dei clienti già arrivati per ovvia,cortese e accogliente logica. Ovviamente non tornerò più e non consiglierò a nessuno la struttura.

Cucina di livello scarsissimo.... Con lo stesso prezzo trovate di meglio. Servizio lento. Cibo orribile. Aria condizionata non funzionante. Caldo dentro la sala e stanza con processionaria consiglio di non dormire quando mi sono svegliato a terra c'era un ragno e una processionaria. Non ci verrò mai più.

Struttura immersa nel bosco, camere molto confortevoli e spaziose, la nostra stanza aveva la vista sul bosco. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Ci sono i giochi per i bambini, c'è anche la possibilità di usufruire della Spa per massaggi e trattamenti benessere, c'è anche la piscina. Colazione buona con i cornetti e ci hanno fatto trovare persino i pancakes. Consiglio di portarvi costume e cuffie per poter godere della piscina.

Bella struttura immersa nel verde, lontano dal frastuono della vita frenetica. Personale molto cordiale, attento e competente. Receptionist, barman, personale di sala, massaggiatrici del centro benessere eccellono in ospitalità e disponibilità. Cibo molto buono con prelibatezze tipiche del luogo. Raccomandato a chi vuole godersi la natura, la pace ed il silenzio senza rinunciare ai piccoli piaceri.

Viaggio in moto con amici. Ottima esperienza complessiva. Location incredibile immersa nel verde della Sila piccola, piacevole e rilassante. Ottima cucina, camere pulite e ordinate. Fantastica e ben organizzata la piscina riscaldata. Un plauso particolare al personale, tutti molto disponibili professionali e amichevoli, a partire da Flaminio in reception a seguire con Nunzio al bar e Alessandro in sala, non me ne vogliano gli altri colleghi, altrettanto bravi, di cui non ricordo i nomi. Consigliatissimo.

Esperienza molto bella in un hotel immerso nel verde e in una natura meravigliosa. Le camere sono modeste ma pulite. C’è un spa con sauna, bagno turco, doccia emozionale, tepidarium e si possono gustare diverse tisane in tranquillità. La piscina interna è riscaldata ma è più caldo l’ambiente che l’acqua. C’è una vasta scelta di massaggi a prezzi congrui e ben eseguiti. Al ristorante si mangia davvero molto bene. La colazione non è eccessivamente varia ma buona. Unica pecca i materassi non sono molto comodi e rendono l’esperienza buona ma non ottima.

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Parco dei Pini durante il weekend di Pasqua: eravamo un gruppo di 5 adulti e 4 bambini. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata deludente sotto molti punti di vista, tanto da non giustificare assolutamente le 4 stelle dichiarate. Già all’arrivo, l’esterno dell’hotel si presentava trascurato, con evidenti segni di mancata manutenzione. I corridoi delle stanze erano costantemente invasi da un odore sgradevole, una miscela di fogna e cucina che rendeva difficile anche solo passare da lì. Le camere non erano pulite né igienizzate con cura: polvere, tracce di sporco e una sensazione generale di trascuratezza. A peggiorare le cose, diversi membri del nostro gruppo – compresi dei bambini – hanno sviluppato eruzioni cutanee, probabilmente causate da acari o tarme presenti nella biancheria o nei materassi. Il cibo è stato un altro punto dolente: qualità bassa, porzioni scarse e una proposta che ricordava più una mensa scolastica che un ristorante d’hotel. La colazione era povera e priva di varietà, sia per quanto riguarda il dolce che il salato. Peccato, perché la zona avrebbe anche del potenziale, ma la gestione e le condizioni attuali dell’hotel rendono impossibile consigliare questo posto. Decisamente non torneremo.
