Tui Blue Suite Princess - Adults Only

The staff is exceptionally friendly and dedicated, providing excellent service. The hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious, with some offering large balconies and garden suites for peaceful stays.

Honestly this holiday place feels like a huge let down! It’s advertised as a tui blue 5* (its not ) even the hotel class it as a 4 star. It needs attention badly my delux room was it poor condition ( I have pictures to prove this… my main issue is with tui !! Staff were fantastic, food great. Entertainment good. On this tui blue all inclusive it’s actually not all inclusive and your expected to pay for a lot more things than ever before.. very poor from tui

We have just got back from a lovely relaxing 2 week stay here. From the moment we arrived to the end of our stay the staff were lovely and very helpful, they would chat to you and always had smiles on their faces. There was never an issue with people reserving sunbeds (you can't before 10am anyway otherwise your towels will be removed) and you could still easily get a bed even if you came down before midday, the only day we couldn't get one was on a Sunday after we had been to Puerto De Mogan as it was very busy. The sunbeds were cleaned thoroughly whilst we were there and I'm surprised someone mentioned they were dirty because they were not at all. Although the beds are close together this is not an issue and we still felt we had enough space between other people. The hotel is very clean and you always see the staff making sure everywhere from the pool area to the corridors were clean. The rooms are huge! We were on the 8th floor and had an older room but this didn't matter to us. We didn't find them dated and they were kept very clean, it's by far the biggest room and balcony we have ever had on a holiday. The views as well are absolutely stunning! There is also a fridge and a kettle in the room. There was no issues getting drinks, we found during the day it was quick to get a drink at either of the bars and the evening staff came around regularly to take drink orders. The food was very good, it's a buffet so I'm not really not sure what people expect but we found the quality and taste to be really good along with plenty of variety. I do agree with some other reviews that mentioned you might be missed for tea or coffee but there is a machine where you can help yourself so it really didn't bother us to do that. We also went to the Cullinariam and the food was excellent. We didn't have the BBQ. We regularly needed change for the pool tables which are 2 euro's and you can get change from either the inside bar, the shop or reception. The evening entertainment we felt was really good, you could either sit in the piano bar until the evening entertainment started or sit in the sports bar. We absolutely loved the Tribute Act but honestly all of the acts they put on were really good. The location is really good, although a quieter area you do have some bars on the beach front, the water park which we did on a Tuesday (super saver Tuesday) which was 54 euro for a family of 4 adults. You also have an arcade with pool tables, bowling, mini golf and some other bits just further down. The hotel put on a bus to Puerto De Mogan at 9.30 and it picks you up at 12pm (apart from Fridays which you have to book) we found this to be an ideal amount of time to spend there. We also took the local bus to Puerto Rico, the bus was 5.60 for a family of 4 and a taxi back was just under 16 euros, the bus stop is 5 minutes down the road.
