Hotel was clean, rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels,. Staff friendly 👌 pool area was lovely but kids are not allowed to play with toys or bigger rings !!! Very strict Waterpark was 😍 👌 entertainment team was amazing, putting a lot of effect. Kids loved the kids club and disco ❤️ didn't miss any day of it Food was very poor of choice, small selection, display was terrible, for such a lovely hotel this part should be definitely upgraded makes a lot of difference to it !!! I would definitely come back but please do something about the dinning area 🙏

SALT water in the slides pool, kids threw up No balls, or any other games/objects/inflatables are allowed in the hotel pool area Small beach 2.5 stars for the food 1 star for the drinks Tough pillows and beds Find somewhere else cheaper with better service, and rent a car for site seeing

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni in questo hotel con tutta la famiglia e abbiamo avuto modo di divertirci all'acquapark. Consiglierei di estendere il trattamento all inclusive per tutto il tempo in cui e' paerto il bar e non terminarlo alle 23.00

Fantastic Hotel. Stayed in room 409A. Large room with huge balcony which looked out to the waterpark and had sea views. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels, No tea & coffee in any of the rooms which is a bit of a shame, but not major. The room does have a fridge though. Food in the restaurant was fresh and delicious every day, and lots to choose from. Pool area was nice with bar, but if you don't want to use the hotel pool, you can use the waterpark free of charge if you go all inclusive. Normally €19 per adult. Plenty of shops around and beach 5 minutes walk. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Great for families or couples. Would I go back again? 100%

El hotel está totalmente diseñado para los turistas ingleses etc , todo es en inglés tanto animación como comida que es imposible de comer tal vez a ellos les gusta pero un español no come esta clase de comida … las habitaciones están bien y limpias , la recepción es bastante pasota en general , si llegas a primera hora en el avión ya puedes esperar a que te quieran limpiar la habitación hasta las 3 de la tarde tampoco parecen darle prioridad a eso , no es un todo incluido si quieres beber algo en condiciones debes de pagarlo sino lo que tienes son refrescos de grifo recargable , tiene espectáculos por la noche pero también en inglés parece que estás en Inglaterra más que en España una pena porque es un hotel bonito pero le faltan estas cosas por mejorar sobre todo la comida

Muy agradable estancia. El trato del personal muy bueno, en especial del chico de la recepción Adrián, siempre amable y colaborativo. Un puntazo si vas en familia, piscinas, toboganes para todas las edades. Los niños disfrutaron mucho las instalaciones.

Hotel is big but there was only 2 lifts. Hotel is very old and needs renovation, pillows horrible. Food is very limited and not the best quality. Snack bar how just few options and the same salad standing there all day. We was very disappointed in food. So far no food poisoning but we are still here for a few days. No activities for kids, no animation team, kids club meaning was only an hour show that’s all. No show at evening for adults, basically if you don’t want to be dying from boring you need to entertain yourself as guests just left without any activities. Pool is extremely small. Water park is different story, we did want to entry but we was stopped and been told no food or drink from the hotel is allowed in the area! How come?! We pay for all inclusive holiday with aqua park and we are not allowed to bring a limonade from the hotel?! Will not recomind and would never come back here

The hotel room was very nice, clean and spacious with a huge balcony which looked on to the water park & sea. The food was edible & not too repetitive like a lot of hotels. I enjoyed the poolside food too of hot dogs, fries, salad etc. The drinks were nice although I preferred the sangria to the cocktails. There are some shops nearby which were nice to look around during the evening & also the beach is a short walk away. The downside to this resort is it is isolated & the entertainment wasn’t that great. I think 1 week here is more than enough time spent otherwise you would be bored. From the outside the hotel does look very 1980s.
