It is located about 15 minutes walk from the main area of Tauranga.
The motel is located by a quiet cove.
There aren't many restaurants, so you might have trouble finding food, but if you go to Mount Manganui, you'll have plenty to choose from.
The staff were all very friendly and had nice smiles♪ The building itself seems old, but the inside was very clean, and the TV, kitchen, and shower room were also very clean.
It's easy to get to Mount Manganui, as it takes 6.7 minutes by car.

Quiet city bolthole not far from Tauranga City centre. We stayed in Apartment B, upstairs overlooking the Harbour. Well appointed studio, with a kitchen and a coffee machine. Easy driving distance to town, the supermarket and the hospital. Away from the busy roads, and a little balcony in the sun.

The most comfortable bed, super clean throughout the room. Highly recommend a stay here, super close to town and the harbour. Just perfect! They had great recommendations for where to eat and what to do in the local area, super helpful and accommodating, really went above and beyond for us the whole trip. Such a lovely couple running the place! All round loved it!

The owners were so accomodating when we had to stay for longer fitting us in where they could. Units were immaculate and the servicing fantastic. Very friendly staff who would go out of their way to help. Great place to stay certainly recommend it.

This was the final motel of our New Zealand tour and it turned out to be one of the best. Very comfortable accommodation with genuinely helpful management. Plenty of space inside and also an enjoyable undercover shared outside space too. Overall, a great place to stay.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment,ground floor C, with jaw dropping sea views, immaculately clean and well equipped, we really enjoyed the stay. Excellent communication from the owners, we can see why it's No1, told all our friends at a lunch the next day as stellar accommodation in Tauranga is not always easy to find.
