The lady boss at the front desk was nice and friendly, and met our needs. The view from the room was beautiful, and the shower water was comfortable. Although the room was a bit old, it was clean and humane.

The motel is at the corner of a street, far away from the busy ***** of Lake Taupo. The spa pool, inside the room, provided á lot of privacy and comfort for use.
We had a session upon arrival, in the evening, and another when we get up in the morning.
The reception lady, Carol, was amazing and made us feel so at home - like one coming home.
Highly recommended for anyone

Wow! Excellent hotel, it's even strange to call it a motel, because the level is higher! Before this we were supposedly in a 4* hotel in Rotorua, but it was much worse. There is a wonderful administrator, clean and comfortable rooms, and a separate feature - its own round bath with springs (mineral water) in a separate room, beautifully decorated. The bed is also comfortable, there is parking, the territory is beautiful, the view of the lake is also excellent. We can 100% recommend this place!

The hot tub with water from the hot spring is very relaxing and allows for maximum privacy.
Room is small but adequate and with many thoughtful touches.
The deck with a beautiful lake view is great for having breakfast or having a coffee.

The price/performance ratio is very high, the lady boss is very enthusiastic and will introduce a lot! The location is excellent, just outside is Lake Taupo, and there is a small yard, very cozy.

The hotel rooms are located near the lake, but it is more convenient to take a car and a little far from the city center on foot. The room is clean and tidy, but a little small, it can probably accommodate two pieces of luggage.
