Foi tudo ótimo. O Marcelo nos atendeu prontamente, teve algum problema com a reserva mas logo ele conseguiu resolver. Não temos o que que pontuar de ruim, foi tudo maravilhoso. Café da manhã excelente com pães e frutas frescas.

The Hotel is located in quiet area. It is not near to a shopping or commerce in a walkable way, but the Hotel offers a lot of convenience and good quality in the food and beverages.

Cheap but disappointing. Room in need of repair, damaged bedside lamps, torn bedsheets & stained floors. Otherwise, room was clean. Breakfast was good. Shower was excellent! Cheap shouldn’t mean lower standards..

Very run down. First look up on the drive up. Broken skylight panels, fountain not working, pavers uneven. Pool was supposed to be the best part but was closed for maintenance the whole trip. Noisy maintenance work inside and out. Showers full of mold and missing grout. Very dated fixtures. Splintered wooden cabinetry. Poorly repaired walls. blackout curtains had holes. Musty smell in the rooms. Bedding was comfortable with nice pillows. Same breakfast choices everyday- adequate quality. Poor wifi. No internet authorized on the TV... forget your hulu or firestick! Limited cable options.

Passamos apenas 1 noite no hotel pois tínhamos um casamento no centro da cidade de Taubaté ! A localização foi ótima para nós que viemos de São Paulo pois fica ao lado da Dutra o que nos permitiu uma chegada e uma saída bem rápida já que o acesso a Carvalho Pinto fica aproximadamente a 5 minutos e ao mesmo tempo de fica muito perto do centro de Taubaté ! O check in foi super rápido. As áreas comuns do hotel são muito bem decoradas com ambientes bem agradáveis. Piscina bonita. Restaurante acolhedor e comida razoavelmente boa. O café da manhã com as opções básicas. O nosso quarto até que era agradável com uma boa ducha , bom ar condicionado e uma boa TV a cabo e streaming mas a pequena cama, os lençóis, os travesseiros e as toalhas de má qualidade deixaram muito a desejar além de estarem com algumas manchas. Não tivemos um bom sono ! Para apenas 1 noite até que nos foi suficiente já que outras opções melhores da cidade estavam lotadas pois havia alguma evento grande na região !

Ficamos hospedados no hotel Baoba. Achei. Hotel bom, localizado as margens da rodovia. O quarto é confortável, o preço do frigobar é bom. Não gostei do colchão que é muito mole. Bom chuveiro, entretanto não existe tranca na porta do chuveiro. Pelo valor da diária esperava um pouco mais.

Péssima experiência — cancelaram minha reserva injustamente Fiz uma reserva neste hotel pelo Booking com antecedência e, no dia da minha viagem, após passar mais de 5 horas no trânsito para chegar à cidade, fui surpreendida com a notícia de que minha reserva havia sido cancelada sob a alegação de cartão inválido — algo completamente infundado, já que uso o mesmo cartão em diversas reservas e nunca tive qualquer problema. Suspeito fortemente que houve overbooking e usaram essa desculpa para cancelar minha estadia. Entrei em contato tanto com o hotel quanto com o Booking e ninguém resolveu o problema, um empurrando a responsabilidade para o outro. Fiquei completamente desamparada e tive que procurar hospedagem às pressas em uma cidade com quase todos os hotéis lotados. Acabei tendo que dormir uma noite em um hotel e outra em outro, pois não conseguia achar disponibilidade para duas noites seguidas no mesmo lugar. Foi extremamente estressante e totalmente desrespeitoso com quem planeja uma viagem com responsabilidade. Não recomendo e não voltaria a tentar me hospedar aqui.
