It was in a room in the beauty I didn't expect a quiet, warm-protected, yard-room 

Positive: - Room was clean - the hotel is well located, there's plenty of restaurants around, it's close to a big mall and the lake - the breakfast buffet had a selection of cheeses, two types of olives, meat, spreads, juice and tea. - Staff was friendly - Wifi worked and the smart tv was nice Negative: - there was no AC in the room and the room smelled like smoke. We had to open the window but due to the lack of mosquito net the room was filled with bugs. - there is only one towel for two people. When we asked for another one, we got a ripped one. - there is no shower basin and everything will be wet once you shower - there is only one set of plugs next to the door which is too far away to plug in any of the appliances (night lamp, fridge). - the room is small and you can barely open your suitcases on the floor. - there is no elevator - thhere is no trashbin in the room
