A estadia foi incrível, principalmente pelo quarto: espaçoso, impecavelmente limpo e projetado com muito cuidado para o conforto dos hóspedes. A decoração acolherdor，com tons pastéis e mobiliário de qualidade, criava uma atmosfera tranquila. A limpeza diária foi excepcional, e os amenidades (como café e chá no quarto) foram um plus. Sem dúvida, voltaria para esse hotel!

Atendimento perfeito, quarto bom e limpo, local de fácil localização. Café da manhã atende bem a diferentes paladares mesmo sendo básico. Elevadores amplos e rápidos. Estacionamento no local e de fácil acesso. Único problema q vivenciais foi o degrau existente do banheiro p o quarto. Por 2 vezes esqueci e quase cai ,torcendo meu pé. Não existe nenhum alerta ou aviso e por não ser uma coisa normal de se encontrar penso ser um perigo a integridade física das pessoas e principalmente de pessoas com mais idade. Penso que seria interessante buscar uma forma de ter essa informação visível aos usuários.

La habitación está bien, estándar IbIS, el personal es muy atento, pero la falta de organización termina en mal servicio. A modo de ejemplo, uno de los días de la estadía regresé de la oficina a eso de las 19:00 y la habitación no estaba arreglada, varias excusas, de todas maneras buscaron a alguien que fuese a arreglarla. La demora de la cena es absurda, un día solicité plato del día para que sea más rápido y espere una hora por una milanesa de pollo con arroz, al día siguiente sabiendo de la experiencia solicité un omelet de jamón y queso, demoraron más de media hora. La ubicación es malísima, no hay absolutamente nada cerca y por eso el hotel debería ocuparse de brindar un mejor servicio y compensar esa falta.
