セルフチェックインなので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、チェックイン内容に不備があり、オペレータの方と２度やりとりをしました。
直接ヴィラの方に電話しようと。trip.comに記載の電話番号に電話しましたが、電話先の方は「自分は担当を外れた」と言われ、対応してもらえませんでした。

床が少し汚れている感じで埃なのか何かが全体的に落ちていた。
だが、それが気にならないくらい、他は綺麗で匂いもいい匂いで居心地は良かった。
他の人の口コミも見て心配していた2回の足音だが、やはり聞こえた。かなりドタバタ聞こえたので、気になる人は2階を予約した方が良いかもしれない。
チェックインも簡単で、誰もいなかったけど不自由することはなかった。

良かったです！
タブレットでのチェックインなので15時にならないとチェックインできない。
ちょっと早めについたので、そこが残念だった。
あとは電子レンジが部屋の中にあるといいなと思った。
そのほかは綺麗だし、ベットも寝やすいし良かったです！！

海は近いですが見えません。道路から部屋が丸見えです。隣の部屋とはテラス的な感じで繋がってます。フロントスタッフ居ないので少し聞きたいことも聞けません。近くにスーパーコンビニ飲食店はゼロです！
人が道路から部屋に入れるので、その際いちいち部屋から目が合います。
オープンすぐなのか、ガタガタ騒音も酷かったです。
部屋はおしゃれでした。

海岸が近く、ロケーションが最高。
無人でタブレットでチェックインするが、チェックインを非常にわかりにくい。
普通代表者の情報だけで良いと思うが、宿泊者全ての名前、住所、職業、顔写真がいる。
個人情報の漏洩が非常に心配。
チェックイン途中でオペレーターに繋がったが、日本語対応を選択したが、中国訛りの日本語で、非常にわかりにくい。
オペレーターが中国人の為余計に個人情報が不安。
今後個人情報で何かあればこのホテルを真っ先に疑ってしまうと思う。
ランタンやケトルなど一部の備品がカビていた。
ホテルという性質上、キャリーケースの利用者が多いと思うぎ、砂利道や石道で敷地内の移動時重たいキャリーを持ち上げないと移動できない。
エアコンから水が落ちてくる。
4人向けの部屋を利用したが、寝室のエアコンがほぼ機能していない。
リビングのエアコンの空気が一部寝室に行くようだが、リビングのエアコンを強くすると水が落ちる量が増える。
リビングの狭さにテーブルや椅子が会っていないので、座ると椅子と壁の間が通れない。人が座っていなくてもキャリーケースと通るスペースがない。
色々書いたが雰囲気はよかった。
