Although the local staff at the front desk are not so fluent in English and Chinese, they can basically communicate. Besides, there are Chinese employees. Anyway, I got more help here than other local hotels. Facilities: sufficient Hygiene: OK Environment: The city center is only a few kilometers away from the airport, and it can be reached by bus. Of course, the hotel also has a considerate airport pick-up service. But the domestic new energy vehicle picks you up at the airport. Service: Chinese and foreign employees are very friendly.

I wan in ABIS Palace Hotel, when the heating system in Uzbekistan was struggling. The hotel provided me and my family members excellent service and great rooms. Moreover, the rooms where very clean and I liked the fact that they have praying carpets in every room. The food was good and tasty. I recommend this hotel to the ones who look for the business stay in Tashkent

The hotel room is quite big and the sheets are washed. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a little smaller. Breakfast is quite rich. 15 to 20 minutes walk from the subway station. The service staff was good. When I left, I helped to call a local taxi to the train station. The price was cheap. Because there is no good communication, the taxi driver refused to collect our car money, saying that he did not collect cash, and we did not have to pay the money in the owner's card. We can't get off the bus. When we arrive at Buhari, we will call the boss to see how to pay him back. The boss said that we don't have to worry. He will pay the driver on his mobile phone and say that there is not much money. Since we can't come back to pay, we won't charge us. Wow, it's so good people. I will come back next time I have a chance.

Our family of three stayed in the Stylo Hotel's two-bedroom room and were very satisfied. The two-bedroom room has two bedrooms, one with a standard double bed and the other with two single beds. Please note that when using the remote control to adjust the volume, you need to push the volume button up or down to adjust the volume. The living room is connected to the kitchen, which is equipped with a full set of cutlery, dishes, cups and other tableware. Equipped with a small pot and a pan, it even comes with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a Chinese restaurant a few dozen meters south of the hotel on the same side of the road, and a series of large restaurants across the road with local flavors. There are also pizzas, etc. Across the road, turn north into the side street and there are some small restaurants, which are open until very late. There is a large supermarket chain Korzinka in the nearby Huawei company building. You can find it on Google Map or Amap. I found on the map that it is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel and should be the nearest large supermarket. There is a large bazaar on the east side of the intersection not far south of the hotel, selling vegetables and fruits. The hotel charges $15 per person for breakfast, which we didn't try. All in all, Stylo Hotel is a very good choice for family travel.

This is the second time I have gone to Tashkent. I am embarrassed to share the hotel I stayed in before, but this time I stayed at this southwest hotel. It is indeed worth recommending. The boss is Chinese. The hotel is also very clean and hygienic. You can also eat the hometown food in the middle. You can also drink tea with the boss in the lobby. Many people who don't understand can consult the boss. It is much more convenient to travel. They will not be deceived and spend money. They will continue to live here next time.

The room was very nice, and the bed was super comfortable. It was just a little far from the city center, but it didn't matter if you took a taxi. The front desk guy and girl were very welcoming when I checked in. The only downside was that when I checked out, they said that our parents' room had used a piece of chewing gum from the refrigerator. They said that they had compared the photos before and after their stay, and that my parents were sure they didn't eat the chewing gum. We also spent 700 or 800 yuan on dinner at the hotel at our own expense, so it was impossible for them to blame him for a piece of chewing gum. Later, although the front desk asked me to leave, they still didn't seem to believe me.

I am disappointed. One reception boy with glasses was completely incompetent. When I called to reception they even could not solve my problem. They said that they would call me back. But they didn’t. Therefore I had to go out of my room. When I was talking to the reception the boy was not able to answer my question and it was easier to him refer to hotel rules this looked lik I was talking to a robot and his manager’s face was furious and they didn’t like my complain. Perhaps they were not ready. What about the room: Room is out-dated. Bathroom really needs a new shower cause water is everywhere after. The floor was covered with unpleasant spot and the furniture as well. Despite these things, they were willing to take money for stay at hotel. Guys, you should solve these problems. Because The International Hotel Tashkent used to be my favorite one. Location is perfect. Housekeeping, swimming pool staff, bartenders and waiters are nice.

Honestly, the service was good. Be it day or night, the staffs were very helpful and always there to help you. I appreciate very much! Their service is similarly where you will get from a renowned hotel. However, if you want to be in the centre of the city, then you might want to consider because the location is quite far from the touristy sights. As for me, I am a solo traveller, and I always like to wander around further from the city whichever country I’m in, hence I chose this hotel. But worry not, if you have or download Yandexgo (similar to Uber), then you could just travel by taxi from the app. It’s cheap and affordable. You can even order food or engage a delivery service. There’s also a local fastfood Evos beside the hotel and also a convenience store across the road. Overall, I am satisfied during my 4-day stay.

I truly satisfied about service. It's second time I was here with my family. It was amazing hotel. Customer service is exceeding then expectation. The location of the hotel is really accessible for centre.
