The hotel is well located in the center of Tashkent, with convenient transportation. The internal facilities are a bit old, and the water in the shower room is not smooth. The breakfast is quite rich. Maybe there was a conference group at the hotel during our arrival, so there were many people and it seemed a bit noisy.

The room is quite big, and the hotel environment is very good in Tashkent. The breakfast is very rich and the location is very convenient. The price is not cheap, and the service is pretty good for UZ.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past seven years. The last time was in December 2024. The degradation of the infrastructure and the decline in service quality have become noticeable. When the temperature outside is below zero, the rooms become very cold, and a conventional wind is formed due to poor window insulation. The situation can be corrected by setting the air conditioner to high heat, but this dries the air very much, which is why you wake up with a headache in the morning. The quality of cleaning of public areas has sharply deteriorated. The toilets on the first floor are frankly dirty, there are stains on the floor and walls, especially in the area of ​​the urinals, and an unpleasant smell. The napkins offered for wiping hands after washing are of poor quality. The hotel clearly needs repairs and renovation. And, for starters, improved management.

Excellent service and great location. The breakfast was very delicious. I stayed here for 2 days, and bottled water was provided every day, and the breakfast was different for 2 days. The service staff was very enthusiastic, especially to the Chinese. The room prices change frequently, and the prices during this period are more favorable, so it feels very good.

I chose Hyatt for a trip with my parents. The service was OK. When we checked in, we hoped that both rooms were twin rooms. Although we were given a king-size room at the beginning, we were able to ask the waiter to separate the beds immediately after communication. The efficiency was relatively fast, but the water in the shower room would leak out when taking a bath. I hope the hotel can improve it. There are many varieties of breakfast, which is more suitable for Chinese elderly people.

Everything is good, environment, hygiene, location, lobby bar, garden bar, rooftop restaurant. It has everything.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to most of the attractions (the three in the picture). The room is smaller than the Intercontinental, but the price is also a few hundred yuan cheaper than the Intercontinental. It is still recommended. The price/performance ratio is pretty good.
