Das Hotelpersonal ist unangekündigt, sellbst ohne Klopfen an der Tür, um 7 Uhr morgens in unser Zimmer reingekommen. Sowas geht gar nicht, meine Frau hat zu dem Zeitpunkt auch noch geschlafen. Wir fühlten uns in unserer Privatsphäre verletzt. Anschließend sind wir uns beim Management beschweren gegangen, die dafür aber nicht wirklich Verständnis hatten. Das Schlimme ist, dass das sogar 2 mal während unseres Aufenthalts passiert ist, das andere mal war um 23 Uhr. Ansicht ein schönes Hotel, aber sowas hatten wir noch nie! Keine Empfehlung!

Brand new structure. The room was clean and very well equipped. Large flat screen connected to the internet and very comfortable double bed. Friendly and helpful personnel. Good food at the restaurant. Abundant breakfast. Everything was perfect.

Excelent hotel, with very good service. There are high level SPA and fitness facilities including swimming pool, gym, finnish sauna and turkish hammam. Personal is very supportive, professional and friendly.

I recommended my guest to stay at this hotel, but upon check-out, his suitcases and bags were searched and they allegedly took away his flashlight, robe, and towel. When they didn’t find it, they said that the staff in the room forgot to place these things in the room, so they weren’t there when we checked out. This is a very unpleasant humiliation of a guest. We will not come back here again and will not recommend it to anyone. Another guest of mine was accused of breaking a hanger, although the hanger was already broken upon check-in. Then the staff explained that the nail of the hanger had come off and they would fix it themselves. There were no apologies from the staff.
