GGuest UserOn the second day of my visit to Tashan County, I changed to this hotel after staying at a bad hotel the day before.
, very satisfied in all aspects, very much beyond expectations! !
The facilities are all new, the room has oxygen supply and humidifier, the hot water is large and the water temperature is very warm. The most praiseworthy thing is that there are enough socket holes! This is great for people like us who have a lot of electronic devices. There are two sockets on each side of the bed, and there are sockets next to the sofa, sink, kettle, and toilet. Apart from that, the details are well considered, such as the paper towels are baby paper towels considering the dry climate.
The hotel is quite clean, the bathroom and bed are very clean, and the toiletries are from Herborist which smells quite nice.
The service was very good. They took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the room, explained in detail the use of the oxygen supply equipment, and gave us a dried fruit plate and a fruit plate. In the evening, they gave us two glasses of milk. When we checked out, they sent us to the parking lot and gave us a bag of fruit and mineral water as souvenirs. Thank you.

GGuest UserI think a five-point praise is too little! ! The service is really better than that of a five-star hotel! Every lady and brother in the hotel is super enthusiastic. At first, I just came here to see the stars, but the service was really surprising. There were welcome fruits when I arrived, and hot goodnight milk at night! There is also snow chrysanthemum tea to relieve altitude sickness. The breakfast is also super delicious. There was a big sister who kept asking us to eat more, toasted bread for me and recommended delicious food to me. It was really great🥹She also gave us a takeaway box and asked us to pack some for the children when they were hungry (the takeaway box! We ate a lot after going to the glacier), and the lambs raised in the store are also super cute! In short, it really feels like going home, and there are gifts when you leave! I will definitely come again next time~Ta County is a good place!

He called in advance to ask about the check-in time, helped with luggage when checking in, upgraded the room for free at the front desk, and turned on the humidifier and oxygen concentrator in the room in advance. The check-in experience was very good. The hotel has convenient parking and a good location. It is very convenient to eat and go to other attractions. The environment is also good, and the scenery from the room is very good. The hotel is pet-friendly, and the ladies at the front desk like dogs very much.

When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather.
The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation.
I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

LLiujimingCan you say that the experience is very general, I never write a bad review when I go out, so I give a 3 points. First of all, the front desk is very unprofessional. You don’t see the activities you do. Do you have breakfast? I still need to show you a screenshot of the order and the breakfast said that there is a tour group in the morning to go downstairs to eat later. Can you say There is nothing in the room. Give me a room next to the elevator. I have been noisy since the morning. I changed a hotel decisively.

GGuest UserGood reviews! The location of the hotel is amazing. You can see the magnificent Pamir Plateau scenery of Tashkurgan County as soon as you go out. In the morning, when you open the window, the sun shines on the top of the continuous snow-capped mountains. The picture is so beautiful that it is suffocating. Here, you can enjoy the unique natural scenery of Tashkurgan County while lying in bed. This experience is great!
