My experience was pleasant throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, right on Town Hall Square. The room was relatively clean with new amenities, although there wasn't a king size bed and we had to put two beds together. Breakfast is worth mentioning, with pancake, which I really liked, and very good yoghurt. It would have been a near perfect experience, but something incredible happened when I checked out. I missed a handbag in the room because of the large amount of luggage. I returned to the hotel two hours later to enquire and was told that "nothing other than RUBBISH was left in the room", which I was shocked to hear, as the bag contained at least one whole cigarette (which my friend had commissioned me to buy from a Chinese duty free shop), a whole box of Chinese tea, a bag of expensive Chinese hot pot base, some chocolates and other items! . I didn't call the police for time reasons, but I chose to publicise this fact here, which I think is a shame for any hotel.

Such peace and quiet, luxorious yet cosy, perfect mini spa where we had the chance to be basically alone to enoy the pool and sauna. Complimentary hot drinks and water provided. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast also very tasty. Easy and modern check in and out system by your own device. 10/10.

Everything was amazing, I felt truly rested after my stay! Beds are so soft, relaxing spa and a solid breakfast buffet. The location is the best of all. Very central. One thing about the buffet — warm food, such as pancakes, omelette, could have been hot, because it affects the taste and it’s nicer when it’s heated. The bathroom in my room had a very unpleasant smell too, I think it should be cleaned a little more thoroughly. The rest was perfect. Thank you :)

The best hotel in Estonia!!! Clean and comfy rooms, relaxing spa area, fabulous breakfast and amazing restaurant. Everything is well organized and staff is very helpful. Always my first choice in Tartu! And somrtimes I even go to Tartu only to spend few days in Lydia!

Big and clean room, interesting set up and includes everything you might need. Food was tasty and spa was warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enough towels, soft and comfortable bed. One minus was related with tv- very little channels. Water could be free.
