RESERVAR EN ESTE LUAR ES TODO UN PROBLEMA, LLEVABA VARIOS DIAS TRATANDO DE RESERVAR PERO MARCABA Y ESCRIBIA SIN RECIBIR RESPUESTA. CUANDO AL FIN TE CONTESTAN ES UN P´ROCESO PARA QUE EL PAGO, DESPUES VI UN COMENTARIO DE UNA VIAJERA QUE ERA MEJOR ESCRIBIR ANTES DE LLEGAR AL LUGAR YA QUE ASI TUVIERA RESERVA NO TE LA RESPETABAN Y ESTA ES LA HORA QUE FUI Y VOLVI Y NUNCA ME DIERON RESPUESTA. querido grupo paso a dejarles mi opinion sobre este lugar el chekin: en el tiempo acordado instalaciones y personal: el personal es excelente cistian y dany te hacen sentir mas que en casa. la administradora del lugar si es la mancha que daña el lugar nunca nos quizo dar su nombre pero se llama (veronica) muy mala atencion al huesped. excelente un lugar muy agradable y te puedes desconectar del ruido de la ciudad siempre y cuando no tengas vecidos ruidos. habitaciones: tienen un problema de ruido ya que se siente todo el ruido de la persona de arriba y del lado, personas escuchando musica con volumen. alimentacion: sabiamos que los precios eran altos pero era buena. volveria si en algun momento cambian la administradora que de verdad terrible

Excelente lugar para desconectar, paisajes únicos, la atención del personal fue excelente, las habitaciones super cómodas, los cocteles de Isabella son una verdadera explosión de sabores, gastronomía 10/10. Enamorada de este lugar!!!!

El lugar es hermoso, la comida deliciosa, la atención espectacular y los cócteles de Isabela son la locura. Los empleados son atentos, serviciales y cordiales. Puedes llevar tu perrito, lo cual es maravilloso. Hay varias piscinas y lugares para explorar dentro del hotel.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT!!! We were on the road to the hotel when we were confronted with a road blockage and it was impossible to get there on time. When we called the WhatsApp we were provided, it turned out that the number didn’t work!! There was only a BOT that NEVER answered our questions. Then when we called the number that is provided on Google they didn’t answer either!! Then, I had to find the number of the owner and kindly asked to rebook our stay which they did. They also promised to find us a driver to bring us up there. Well, that driver REFUSED to drop us off at the hotel because he said he didn’t feel safe for himself or his vehicle to drive up the mountains. (There had been mudslides because of the heavy rainfall.) Then, when I called the owner again to kindly ask to reschedule for a time that it was safe to get there he refused and hang up the phone and how dare I bother him with these questions! That my transportation was not his issue! Excuse me, it’s a “4 star hotel” that doesn’t have a working phone number and a BOT that doesn’t answer when clients call after they already paid??? WHAT A DISHONEST COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN!!

Me encantó este lugar, sus cócteles son increíbles, gracias a la atención de la chica tatuada de los cócteles y Cristian hacen muy buen su trabajo, son atentos y cálidos, me atendieron muy bien a mi y a mi mamá, les recomiendo venir con su familia a conocer este eco hotel
