❌ Very bad experience – I do not recommend I booked this accommodation but had to cancel only 30 minutes later after arriving on site. The exterior of the property was dirty and poorly maintained, nothing like what was shown in the photos or described online. I was traveling with my family and a baby, and staying in such conditions was simply not possible. I immediately informed the host, explained the situation, and requested a refund so I could book another place. Unfortunately, the host refused any form of compensation, despite the very short time between booking and cancellation. I had to urgently find alternative accommodation, which caused a lot of stress and extra expenses. I strongly advise against this listing, especially for families

I spent 30 min between booking and cancellation, I was with a family with a little girl, I asked for a refund of the app I had used, she was ready to refund if the owner agreed but she saw the situation and after that she decided not to accept the refund. No human behavior in this situation.

La struttura è all'interno di un edificio in pieno centro storico ed è stata ristrutturata di recente con ottimo gusto sia nelle finiture che nell'arredamento. Posizione strategica per visitare a piedi il centro storico, il museo etrusco e la meravigliosa necropoli. Noi abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti con 2 bambini, in camera quadrupla con letto matrimoniale e letto francese su soppalco, entrambi comodissimi. La camera è inoltre dotata di frigo, tv ed aria condizionata. Bagno completo, spazioso e finestrato. Tutto sempre pulitissimo ed in ordine. Molto apprezzata la convenzione con struttura balneare a Tarquinia Lido, a 10 minuti di strada, grazie alla quale si ha diritto ad ombrellone e lettino. Colazione ottima e varia con dolci fatti in casa, yogurt, pane, frutta prosciutto e formaggio, oltre a bevande calde preparate al momento e succhi vari. Il tutto condito dalla gentilezza e dalla discrezione di Caterina che ci ha accolti e consigliati in tutte le giornate e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla.

Ho soggiornato molto bene presso questa struttura. Seppur sia stato un soggiorno breve (una sola notte) mi sento di dare 5 stelle perché non ci è mancato nulla: camera bella, abbastanza spaziosa e pulita, lo stesso vale per il bagno. La ragazza che ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo è davvero molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha consigliato due ristoranti per la cena/pranzo. Ottima la colazione, tutto casalingo e fresco. Se dovessi tornare a Tarquinia sicuramente tornerei presso le torri. L’unico appunto che posso fare è la poca luce in bagno. Complimenti, consigliato a pieni voti.

Esperienza molto positiva. In coppia è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. Il B&B si apre d’incanto, dopo un paio di rampe di scale, ma ne vale la pena: la vista sui tetti e sul mare in lontananza, è gratificante. Deliziosa la pastina di casa: accogliente e pronta a elargire consigli preziosi sui posti da visitare. Consigliassimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

A little gem!
We enjoyed our stay in this darling b and b. Our wonderful hostess Giuliana was so gracious and helpful. We were very comfortable in our nice room in this special, historic town. She gave us instructions for transport as well as information on navigating the town and dining. It was also a great value. Highly recommend

Super endroit accueil extra sympa mais moi handicapé y'avait 3 étages d'escaliers trop dur pour moi on a du partir plus tôt. Une nuit de perdue à cause de ça.
