The hotel is poorly maintained and in a shabby state. The surrounding area is also overgrown with weeds. It would be better to go to the town next door.

The room is large in size, fully equipped, clean and tidy.
You can watch the sea and sunset from the room or restaurant. The breakfast and dinner dishes, wine and service in the restaurant are very good.

You must have a car to move around. Restaurants (lots of choice), shops and the beach are right next door. Room is very clean and large with minibar (reasonable price). There is not much choice in breakfast but it is enough.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement au bord de mer. Il faut savoir que les chambres vues sur mer donnent sur le parking voiture qui se trouve juste en dessous des chambres. Donc vous n'avez pas une vue directement sur la mer mais sur les voitures et un bâtiment.
Les chambres n'ont pas été rénovées, (celles du premier étage).
Elles sont sales. Il a fallu que je nettoie avec une lingette toutes les étagères poussiéreuses dans l'armoire.
La cuvette des WC était sale.
L'endroit est isolé de tout. Il n'y a rien. Les restaurants en septembre sont presque tous fermés aux alentours. Heureusement que nous avions loué une voiture pour aller sur tarquinia.
En conclusion, ne vous fiez pas aux quatre étoiles de ce Resort. Je ne sais pas où ils sont allés chercher ces 4 étoiles. J'ai l'habitude de voyager. Cet hôtel ne reflète qu une pauvre étoile à mon avis. Et je n'ai pas pour habitude de publier des critiques négatives.
La plage qui est à quelques mètres ne donne pas du tout envie de s'y baigner.
Le buffet petit déjeuner inclus que nous avons pris à 20 € par personne, tout est industriel. Rien n'est fait maison et rien n'est cuit sur place. Tout est industriel: Bacon, œuf brouillé, gâteau...
Nous avons pas mis un pied dans la piscine car il y avait des fientes d'oiseaux et des plumes flottaient sur l'eau

Used this as our last night before heading to FCO for our departure of Italy. Was off season so very quiet. Majority of local restaurants were closed. Breakfast in hotel was great and the staff at check-in were great!

A real find in a quiet and beautiful location. The hotel is clean and modern, well appointed and the balcony is private. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom has a spacious walk in shower. Parking is available. There is a green park-like setting for the pool
