This is a triplex and only the outside parking area is shared. This house does not have a backyard. The backyard is a free parking lot for our guests. Lowry Park zoo is an amazing zoo. The aquarium in Tarpon Springs is very close by but there is also Clearwater Aquarium and The Tampa Aquarium. St. Pete pier has a splash pad, a small beach and a great playground. The Museum of Science and Industry is great for kids in Tampa.
