Ein schönes Haus, stilvoll renoviert, gute Lage, nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Bewertungen. Aus diesem Grund hatten wir das Appartement mit den zwei Schlafzimmern und dem kleinen Balkon, mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf die Straße von Gibraltar, zu einem hohen Preis, gebucht. Das war leider ein Fehler. Die Wohnung ist schön, aber wie sich herausstellte ein Luftschloss. Mit Geräuschen die an ein Boot auf offener See erinnern. Wenn der Wind stärker weht und das tut er in dieser Gegend oft, dann haben sie schon ein Problem mit dem öffnen der Fenster geschweige denn, das sie sich auf den Balkon setzen können. Und so hatten wir nur zweimal, für kurze Zeit, das Vergnügen. Die Aussicht den schönen Blick vom Balkon aus zu genießen war ein Hauptgrund unserer Buchung. Die mangelnde Möglichkeit der Belüftung hatte zusätzlich die unangenehme Nebenwirkung, dass die Kleiderschränke sehr muffig rochen und eine Nutzung unmöglich machten. Bei Kenntnis der o.g. Mängel hätten wir das Appartement gar nicht gebucht und erst recht nicht zu diesem Preis! Ein weiteres Problem sind die allgegenwärtigen Ameisen und die damit verbundene chemische Bekämpfung. Fachleute können die Inhalte des angeblich "biologisch unbedenklichen" Sprays sicher besser beurteilen als ich. Ich habe da meine Zweifel. Die hier aufgeführten Mängel beziehen sich auf die große Wohnung mit den zwei Schlafzimmern. Und dafür erwarte ich eine angemessene Rückerstattung des Reisepreises! H.- Jörg Weihrich

Very unhelpful staff, parking is a joke! Extremely difficult to try and find and no help from employees. When booking it says available but when you ask to resever its always taken. Apartment is average - lighting is very poor and not much space around bed. Very overpriced in comparison to other options in Tarifa.

Sehr angenehmes Apartamento in Tarifa in bester Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattet, was fehlt ist nur noch ein kleiner Balkon. Bei den Preisen wäre das eigentlich zu erwarten.Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, auch bei Problemen.Parkplatz-Miete im Hof dringend anzuraten.

A very last minute stay and we were so pleased we chose here. The location is fantastic, just a short walk out of the old town and great views over the sea towards Africa. The history of the place is most interesting and the way it has been carefully restored and internally modernised without losing the Moroccan influence is awesome. We stayed in a ground floor apartment so we had a little garden to sit out in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen although small was more than adequate for our needs. The roof terrace with the amazing views and infinity pool was just fantastic. The staff who checked us in and checked us out were very friendly and engaging. A fantastic relaxed three night stay and for sure we will be back.

We had a great time at Apartementos La Residencia Tarifa. Beautiful apartment, breathtaking view, nice friendly gestures like free coffee, or 2 bottles of beer and one bottle of wine complementary. The terrace and swimming pool are heavenly. We took the breakfast at the hotel, and really enjoyed it. We really recommend this romantic stay in Tarifa, and would certainly choose the same if we came back.

Fantastic hotel with truly amazing, happy & helpful staff. I cannot praise the whole set-up enough. I am disabled and they assisted at every turn including raising our bed for me whilst we popped out for dinner. They are 6 stars really- thank you all ❤️Booked again for next year!

posto molto bello , ben tenuto, tranquillo e in ottima posizione. Personale disponibile e cortese un plus la piscina sul tetto, e la sauna, gli appartamenti hanno ampi spazi e sono dotati di tutti i confort! ottima cosa la lavanderia con asciugatrice lo consiglierei a tutti

Isabel and Eva were both very helpful and accommodating for us. We arrived a few hours early than the designated check in time but, were allowed to park our car rental in their secured parking lot and given keys to access our apartment at the appointed time. We had a studio apartment on the ground floor which offered a wonderful outdoor patio to enjoy views of the ocean. The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable. We also took advantage of the available washers and dryers located in close proximity to our apartment. Perhaps the most amazing feature was the heated outdoor pool on the top floor which afforded more wonderful views of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

This is one of my favourite hotels in the world. There are stunning views to Morocco from the balcony, an amazing (heated) rooftop pool, sauna, terrace and everything you need to self cater. There are L’occitaine products to use and we were left a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. Staff are helpful. We have stayed twice now and will definitely be back.
