strongly do not recommend this hotel. We came for a family weekend with children, expecting a peaceful stay. Nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that the hotel would be hosting two weddings and that there would be a nightclub with loud music audible in our room all night. Despite our repeated requests at the reception, the staff did nothing to address the issue. Moreover, we didn’t even receive an apology. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, which only made the experience worse. The entire weekend was accompanied by disco polo and techno music. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, I strongly advise against this place.

The Place is outstanding and personnel is very friendly and kind . Spa experience was AMAZING ! Joanna and Magda were super professional and highly trained , that Facial was magical ! I had a massage with Santi ! It was The best massage that I have had in my entire life . I am getting massage all the time from few people and when I travel I book a massage but the one with SANTI was … WOW ! SO GREAT #10 Thank you all for making my stay unforgettable… Ania Caira

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant. Clean rooms, very cozy great amenities for all 4 seasons. Lots of ground to explore and the food was very good. A big bonus is the off-grid location views, fresh air, and quietness

Clean, species room with very good breakfast was something we had the pleasure to enjoy for our 3 night stay at Kocierz & Spa. We enjoyed quiet pool side and hotel facility. The local produce available to purchase is a real bonus. The restaurant itself…. Food doesn’t seems to be authentic mountaineer and some of the combinations seems very odd. We enjoyed the local beer tough. The highlight is the kids’ area which keeps the little souls occupied while waiting for food. The SPA on another hand was something I struggled with. 3 months before I contacted hotel to book some of their treatments. I used messenger as there is no online booking facility and I do not have polish phone number. I was told to email SPA directly. Sent email, no answer. So, I contacted again and again with the reception in copy with the same result! Zero Answer. In the end when we arrived, I found out that my booking remains….as not confirmed! Who would know I need to confirm something which was never acknowledged in the first place! Long story short, the massage was good, but the Little Princess Manicure is something I would give a miss next time….my daughter was presented with selection of colours…pink, pink, pink or silver! What a great selection!!!! But as I said for the hotel facility this is something we will be more than happy to come back to and enjoy one more time.

hotel without air conditioning, which at its prices is simply a mockery. Small rooms with weak TV. The restaurant deserves only a satisfactory rating. We ordered steaks with different degrees of doneness, but unfortunately, we failed ... The owners / managers could use a look at the calendar - 2022! The client requires a little more.
