"Hotel Suisui was a great experience for my family and pets. Excellent Pet-Friendly hotel, the staff is very friendly, attentive and welcoming, my dogs were welcome as special guests and had an amazing stay. Rooms are very clean, A/C works perfect, the restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with view and delicious food, the breakfast buffet has a great selection. We loved Suisui hotel, we recommend it specially if you are traveling with pets."

"My eyes were delighted by the hotel's contemporary style in an oasis of tropical greenery. Modern and very clean. The bed linen is white, the kitchen is clean (you can cook your own meals there), and the dishes are free of chips and cracks. The kitchen and common areas are constantly cleaned. The women working in the kitchen are friendly. Breakfast was a delightful variety: omelettes, avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes, and herbs. Fruit, a toaster, and good butter. Cheese. Various spreads. Delicious pancakes. Drinks are available all day. There's a refrigerator and storage space for your own food. I was pleased to have a place for meditation and quiet relaxation. The city center is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. Cons: The road is unpaved for 300-400 meters, muddy in the rain. My room overlooked a dry, abandoned garden and a construction site (because of this, I couldn't use the hammock on my terrace). Overall, the room was pleasant; soap seemed to be natural, and they replenished it almost every day. If they'd added shampoo, it would have been absolutely wonderful. Overall, everything was beautiful, comfortable, and delicious. The staff was friendly and always responded PROMPTLY. There's a safe in the room."

Riosol Tarapoto Hotel

"Unfortunately, the hotel isn't up to the standard it's advertised for, and here are the reasons: - They offer airport shuttle service, but when we arrived, no one was waiting at the airport, so we had to call. This could be detrimental to a foreign tourist without a local number. - The hotel has a branch in Laguna Azul, and despite being part of the same hotel chain, it doesn't offer shuttle service between the two hotels. If you have a reservation at the other Riosol hotel, be prepared to arrive alone. - They prefer to sell drinks to a couple of tourists until midnight and allow the noise regardless of other guests. In the morning, the noise from the kitchen will keep you awake. Sleeping in the hotel for more than six hours will be impossible. - The infrastructure for a night over $50 is very poor compared to hotels in the capital. The lamps don't work."
