Erster, negativer Eindruck täuscht: Tolles B&B
Der erste Eindruck war sehr schlimm: Haus mit Gerüst (Renovation), an Hauseingang ausser der schlichten Tafel "Urban Rooms" keine Angabe wo Urban Rooms gefunden werden kann (B&B befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Wohnhauses).
Personal ist sehr freundlich, Appartement ist absolut genial und top.
Unbedingt mit Personal klären, was alles im Frühstück enthalten ist gleich um die Ecke in der Bar!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!
When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE.

La camera era molto bella e pulita e l host è stata veramente molto gentile .
L unica cosa è che ha un balcone in comune con altre camere e quindi bisogna stare sempre con la serranda abbassata per avere privacy

When we arrived #Urbsn RoomsTaranto# we noticed the ENTIRE front of the building was under construction and appeared it was like this for awhile. Then we proceeded to go to the room that was appointed to us. We booked an apartment room with ocean view, cooking facilities, fridge, etc., 55 sq meters. The room we were shown consisted of only a bed, no cooking, no view, approximately 20 sq meters. When I showed the person my reservation she was shocked. At that point the clerk called the booking manager and we were told that there was no apartment as they were under construction. End result we were very upset as we had to find other accommodations in the evening. We had food that would spoil if we didn't find another accommodation with a fridge and cooking facilities. After 50 years of travel all over the world including South east Asia we have never encountered this. Avoid #Urban RoomsTaranto# at all cost. This was a clear disception by management to mislead weary travelers. 😩

We have just spent one night at this b&b. When we arrived, we were disappointed with the environment, a neighborhood with large blocks of buildings. The b&b is on the first floor, the decoration is neat but there is an unpleasant smell in the common areas. The bed is of good quality and the room is clean. Possibility of parking for free nearby. In the town of Taranto there is not much to see.
