We had an amazing time today from arrival to departure! We had massages, relaxing at jacuzzi and pool area! Also, we had lunch at Astor Grill! Delicious food, friendly staffs and beautiful atmosphere. We Really recommend this hotel and spa!

Very comfy bed, amazing breakfast. Cocktails delicious. Staff amazing, very friendly and approachable. Everything we needed. Had day in the spa Naresh was luvly, looked after us and was so professional whilst very kind and attentive. An experience to remember. Will definately be visiting again. You should be very proud of your staff in all areas.

We had a wonderful afternoon tea at Cliveden today, to celebrate two special birthdays. The staff were all incredible, so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. A big shout out to the gentleman who seated us initially and made us feel very welcome, explained the history of where we were seated and described the menu perfectly for us. We had two specific dietary requirements and we felt like they catered to these perfectly. The food was delicious and plentiful. What a great theme to the menu too. Thank you again for a very special afternoon tea experience. We all agreed it was the best one we’ve been to.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Cliveden as a mini-moon following our London wedding. The whole experience, from start to finish, was utterly perfect. The house is completely stunning: our room (Canning) was gorgeous and the views over the gardens just spectacular. We enjoyed a 2-3 hour walk each day in the grounds and down to the river, before indulging in the delights of the spa each afternoon. We honestly couldn't have chosen a more beautiful environment to unwind after the wedding. To top it all off (and perhaps most importantly), every member of staff we came in to contact with was fantastic. They were calm, welcoming, responsive and seemed genuinely pleased to have us. This extends to all of the wonderful team in the Spa, too, where we received 10/10 treatments. I could not recommend Cliveden more. Thank you for making it such a memorable stay.

I love going to Cliveden house! The experience is always excellent, lovely food, lovely staff and amazing views! I am happy overall with the experience and would definitely recommend it to a friend and family member. There isn't much more to say.

We had a phenomenal afternoon tea experience as a family of 4, with two young children and the grandparents. The ambience was wonderful and food was delicious. Our waiter Ben was truly exceptional and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Thank you
