Taoyuan Zhongli District 4-star Hotels

The second time staying at this brand hotel. And I also pleased. Love the convenience of the location. Close to the Hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was accommodating.

2 staffs at the counter as we were checking in . 1 lady and 1 young man. we arrived 2:15pm.. is insisted that no room avaialble and we cannot check in after 3pm. we asked what time is the check out, was told 11am. the young man sounds a little rude as he tell us, no free extension. every 1 hour - NTD200. this part - i rate the service as 2 stars. bear in mind, they are always the 1st to greet all guests. their service starts our stay with your hotel. as for the Deluxe room - i am giving it a 5 stars.. big layout and clean, but deco is aged. is fine, afterall just a 1 night stay the breakfast part - 3 stars. very local selections and is only operating till 9:30am on a weekend. think that is quite short.

Old hotel, but facilities are OK. Cleanliness is ok, food is so-so.

The hotel is quite good, clean and comfortable. The room is comfortable and suitable for relaxation.

The location was in front of the fire station with a big sign, so it was easy to find, and the front desk responded quickly, so I was able to stay smoothly! It was nice that the Taoyuan Night Market was within walking distance. Also, the front desk called a taxi for me, so I was able to get there smoothly! I was glad that the TV in the room could watch a variety of content, including Disney Plus and YouTube.

The service attitude is good, and the single room is big enough and the bed is big enough for three people. The bathroom is really the largest bathroom in the many hotels in Taiwan. But the hotel is a bit biased, there is nothing nearby, but it will be relatively quiet, overall it's okay

The pictures and texts are in line, self-check in and check out are very convenient, the staff is also very careful to explain, there will be a strange smell when you enter the room, but it will disperse and there is no smell of smoke for a while, the experience is very good.

Accommodation near Taoyuan Railway Station, convenient transportation, next to the hotel there is a minimart, at night there are many restaurants, the hotel is near the shopping mall.

I was looking for a place where I could check in late because my flight was arriving at dawn. Since check-in was 24 hours, I was able to check in even at 3 or 4 in the morning. The owner was very kind and nice. The room condition was also very good, and the necessary shower supplies were provided, so I was able to stay comfortably.

The hotel experience was average, but I believe there is room for improvement. On the positive side, the staff was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all guests were comfortable and had what they needed. The location was also ideal, situated close to major attractions and public transportation. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options to cater to different tastes.
