I just happened to check in after returning from playing in Lilliputian Kingdom. There is a simple ball pool for children to play.
There is also an indoor swimming pool and spa. The shower room is very clean and the hair dryer has sufficient air volume.
The only slight drawback is that the hair dryer in the room is wall-mounted. If you keep pressing it, it will overheat and you will be unable to continue drying your hair.

Booking with the app is also convenient, but this is the second time I have encountered a hotel in the north and told me to be mainly on-site, because I read the rule on the app that 0～ 5 years old can be free to stay, but the waiter said that it depends on the height, which 5 years old is more than 110 cm long, you must add a head fee 😑
The problem is that the policies and norms on the app do not say that height should be the standard, and there are no remarks that should be based on the hotel site!
If every time I book the discount on the app, I have finished reading the rules. Do I have to call the hotel again and ask the hotel if there are different rules other than the app?
And there was a waiter who would question how I could book a room before? Discount 😓

It's generally average ~ I've been to business a few times, just because I'm close to the office. Apart from eating around, it ’s easy to buy (there is a big Poya next door). The furniture is old, and any stains on the towels are accustomed. They are very old, so the bedding is not discussed. Yes, the splicing area is obviously high and low. It hurts when lying down. Avoid it. Breakfast is okay, simple, three or four side dishes, various eggs made first, eat a few times absolutely greasy ~

The room is nice. If there are merchandise for baseball players and cheerleaders, I think there are two useless spaces in the baseball building. It would be better if they could be renovated as soon as possible. The small underground store would be better if it was converted into a convenience store. There are also baseball and cheerleading teams that need to be promoted more vigorously. The current efforts are not enough. Take advantage of the opportunity to develop your career now.

Located very near the lake and dam, so it is a good location as a starting point for exploring the area.
Staff were helpful in explaining how to get around without incurring the entry fee to the reservoir area, and introduced us to possible nearby areas for food.
There were many activities within the hotel - table tennis, pool, some arcade games and more - we were entertained till late. Only downside was that these facilities were located in a separate building, so we had to walk via an unsheltered walkway.
Breakfast was respectable, with a good range of options, including the staples such as bread, spreads, egg, coffee, tea, soy milk etc.
There was no specific on-site parking, so it depends on availability of road-side parking.

It's not as rich as other late-night snacks and snacks that other people have commented on. It's a bit disappointing, but generally it's okay. The breakfast is a bit expensive and doesn't taste good. GGuest UserAll the staffs are super friendly, especially toward kids. The hotel is family and kid friendly, got many facilities set up for kids. Unfortunately, my son only turned 11 months old so some facility he was not big enough to use. I understand it might seems a little pricy but overall my family enjoy it. 5 stars all around.
If bringing ur kid near outdoor swimming pool remember to put on 防蚊液。

SSeow Hong TcheauLocation is near to the airport. Room was spacious, bright and very clean. Shower and toilet area even came with a tub. Staff was polite, thoughtful and efficient. Advised us on timing for cab pick up to airport by considering morning traffic while ensuring we had enough time for breakfast. Staff ensured that our luggage was dropped off and picked up right at our doorstep.
Breakfast was a good spread and it was prepared and ready on the dot. We appreciated this as we had to rush off to the airport immediately after.
There is even a private garage. It's a pity we didn't get to benefit from it as we've already dropped off our rental car before check in. The only negative is that we had to carry our luggage up the stairs as there was no lift access. But this was understandable as the garage was on the ground floor and the room is on the first floor.
Would definitely consider this place again if the price remains competitive in future.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar.
Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

The owner was very kind and nice. The room condition was also very good, and the necessary shower supplies were provided, so I was able to stay comfortably.

KKek SeongLocation wise with respect to airport is very good. Less than 10 min drive would reach airport. Just a bit distance from MRT station passing through the open air carpark. Luckily weather is good. Enjoy the clear sky and nice wind. Provided the packed breakfast at mid night for us travelling to airport is very considerate.

KKUANCHIEHThe room is clean but not big. It's fine for just one night's stay. The bathroom is big, but you have to climb two stairs, which is a weird design. The hotel is in a weathered area. There is a KTV downstairs. There is a smell of smoke coming into the bathroom, but fortunately it does not in the bedroom.
