Excellent service and great location. Lots of eateries around and a few minutes walk to Tong An market. Macdonalds and FamilyMart right across the hotel. Carrefour Jingguo outlet is behind the hotel, about 5 minutes away.

Nothing special about this hotel despite the reviews. The interior has not been updated for some time and carpets in the hallways and rooms have stains. Slippers they provide are like thin disposable hospital slippers. Breakfast is a typical Asian cafeteria style affair, all pre-made with no real staff other than those that bus the tables for the next group. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be much in the way of decent accommodation options in Taoyuan. Mostly average 3-star style local hotels it seems. Better options in Taipei or the bigger cities.

Since it was a package tour accommodation, I was a bit shy at first, but from the second day, I looked around the accommodation and was surprised at how huge it was. I liked the location of the accommodation as it wasn't too busy, and although it wasn't a busy place, there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby. In particular, there was a large fruit store right next door, so I remember buying and eating it every evening. I liked the accommodation facilities and the breakfast was delicious. However, my only regret is that I never got to use the swimming pool facilities. Because the package tour schedule was so tight, I didn't have time to use it, but I hope to have the opportunity to use it on my next trip.

The best hotel in zhongli. You have free parking space, clean room and quiet room. The receptionists are very helpful. The corridor is still under construction and there are many things blocking the way.

I stayed at this great Sheraton for 3 nights last week while on a business trip to Taipei. My business was mostly at the TPE airport which was perfect as the hotel is only about a 15 minute Uber ride. Check in was easy and the staff at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. My room was excellent, very large with all the great Marriott amenities including Nespresso. I was on the 9th floor and also had access to the Executive Lounge which was quite nice. I spent a few early mornings there doing email and having coffee. The breakfast at the hotel is outstanding and has an egg station for omelets and both western and Asian authentic food - well worth it. I also went to the lobby bar a couple times in the evening and was the only patron, but the bartender was very nice and they had a nice selection of beers and cocktails. My only small critique is there is nothing in walking distance except a 7-Eleven across the street. This was fine for me, but note that taking an Uber to the city will take about 90 minutes in the early evening. Overall, the staff was excellent and the hotel was perfect for what we needed, I will be back next time.

Hotel room is very clean. Bed is super wide and comfortable, so it was very easy to fall asleep. Service is excellent. Breakfast includes a variety of food. The location is good. There’s a bus stop very close to the hotel, so if you can figure out the bus system, it’s quite convenient to take the bus to go to where you want to go, such as the Zhongli night market or shopping malls. It’s more convenient to take a taxi, and you can also ask the front desk to book you one.
