I was very happy staying in the Snoopy room this time. The hotel designed many programs and gave a generous gift. People who like baseball and Snoopy will be very satisfied. There are many facilities and the children are reluctant to leave. I had a good meal and took a lot of photos. Pleasant, will definitely visit again if there is a chance.

Located very near the lake and dam, so it is a good location as a starting point for exploring the area. Staff were helpful in explaining how to get around without incurring the entry fee to the reservoir area, and introduced us to possible nearby areas for food. There were many activities within the hotel - table tennis, pool, some arcade games and more - we were entertained till late. Only downside was that these facilities were located in a separate building, so we had to walk via an unsheltered walkway. Breakfast was respectable, with a good range of options, including the staples such as bread, spreads, egg, coffee, tea, soy milk etc. There was no specific on-site parking, so it depends on availability of road-side parking.

We booked a two level room and it is large enough for 3 people. We came with a kid. They have some facilities for kids and parent to play together which is very nice. Free parking available. Driving is needed to stay in this hotel.

When I booked a room on trip.com for 2 adults and 1 child, I was told on site that children would be charged an additional NT$1,650. There was a gap in information between the platform and the hotel, and the customer should not be responsible for this.

It's generally average ~ I've been to business a few times, just because I'm close to the office. Apart from eating around, it ’s easy to buy (there is a big Poya next door). The furniture is old, and any stains on the towels are accustomed. They are very old, so the bedding is not discussed. Yes, the splicing area is obviously high and low. It hurts when lying down. Avoid it. Breakfast is okay, simple, three or four side dishes, various eggs made first, eat a few times absolutely greasy ~

The staff service is good, but the fly in the ointment, the room has a smoke smell. The bathroom is spacious, the room is very clean, the classic room facilities are not much, and the cable TV channel is limited.

Booking with the app is also convenient, but this is the second time I have encountered a hotel in the north and told me to be mainly on-site, because I read the rule on the app that 0～ 5 years old can be free to stay, but the waiter said that it depends on the height, which 5 years old is more than 110 cm long, you must add a head fee 😑 The problem is that the policies and norms on the app do not say that height should be the standard, and there are no remarks that should be based on the hotel site! If every time I book the discount on the app, I have finished reading the rules. Do I have to call the hotel again and ask the hotel if there are different rules other than the app? And there was a waiter who would question how I could book a room before? Discount 😓 Isn't App booking a discount and convenient, does anyone like to use it 😑?

The hotel bathroom is new and there is a jacuzzi. There is also a bath powder. In addition, the toilet is free of toilet. The sink is also new. It is very clean. The hotel room also provides a massage chair.
