Excellent in cleanliness.
Front dest called to remind check out time due but unfortunately, before the handset was pick up, he hung up. He repeated it 3x.
I have feedback to him that he has to wait for the guest to pick up instead of disturbing; I had to stop doing my packing, run to the phone only to get "no answer".
