酒店的位置極為便利，靠近桃園車站，步行幾分鐘就能到達，周圍的交通和餐飲都很方便，對我這樣的交通依賴型旅客來説，簡直是一個大優點。酒店外觀現代、簡潔，房間雖然不大，但非常整潔舒適，床鋪柔軟，空調和Wi-Fi信號都很穩定，完全能滿足我的需求。
辦理入住和退房都非常高效。雖然是商務型酒店，但卻給人一種温馨的感覺。唯二稍顯不足的是隔音問題，樓道和鄰近房間的聲音偶爾會傳入，影響了睡眠質量，另一個是價格越來越高。總體來説，城市商旅（桃園車站館）是一家非常適合短期住宿的經濟型酒店，特別是對於需要在桃園及周邊區域活動的旅客來説，性價比高，十分推薦。

可以免費取消的時間係非常之早，有點不合理，有被迫訂購嘅感覺。位置不方便。要客人入住前十天先可以免費取消。大部份酒店都係前一日令到客人唔小心冇注意到😡😡😡😡

入口有點難找，是在一條有很多小食店的巷子裏，升降機入口很舊很髒，跟樓上的大堂分別很大，畢竟樓上是新裝修的。房間有點小，一個人住還可以，床蠻大的，淋浴間不知何故，有一點味道，要把門都關上才好一點。電視很大，但沒什麼好看的頻道。床被和厠所衛生都還不錯。性價比還是可以的。
