The building is tenanted and has a variety of facilities, including karaoke and adult entertainment establishments. The hotel is on the 5th, 6th and 8th floors, with the front desk on the 5th floor. I stayed on the 6th floor, and could hear footsteps going up and down the stairs, doors opening and closing, and people talking in the hallway until late at night. I will never stay at a hotel like this again. It's the worst, I will never stay there again. It's terrible!
