Hub Hotel

The staff at Provincial Highway 1 are friendly and helpful. The receptionist was great. I rode all day and felt so warm and thoughtful. They even arranged a spot for my bike, especially one that was within the security camera and within sight of the staff, which was reassuring. They adjusted the air conditioner temperature without annoying me when I repeatedly asked for it to be warmer. Thank you so much. When I was looking at the cookies, they quietly but happily shared which ones were delicious. So cute! There's a washing machine, laundry detergent, and dryer, all free and clean. The machines are new. There's also a washing machine sink and washboard. Outside the laundry room are the communal sofas and tea area, making it convenient and comfortable to rest while waiting. The room was clean, the bed was clean, and you need to bring your room card to shower. The clothes hook is right where the air conditioner is, so clothes dry quickly. The room lighting is ample, so using the table is easy on the eyes. Even scrolling on your phone in bed is bright enough. When I sleep, I turn off all the lights and open the curtains a little to let in the hallway emergency light, which is just right. (The hallway lights are turned off at night, but the emergency light is bright enough to avoid bumping into things.) The air conditioner was too cold when I first entered the room, and I couldn't find the remote. The front desk staff said the air conditioning in the single room is controlled by them, but they can communicate directly via Line, which is very convenient. The pillow had a slight grease smell (I don't think it was mine...) but it was okay, as it was only a slight one. The small bathroom didn't have a sink, but there was one in the pantry two steps outside. The sink was clean, even the sponges and scouring pads were new. The large bathroom sink was right next to the men's toilet, which was a bit of a bother, but it was clean and odorless, which was great. The humidity control was excellent, and the bathroom dried quickly after use. I didn't feel the floor was damp or the air was uncomfortable when I went back to the bathroom. The soundproofing was poor, and the door slammed loudly, but wearing earplugs didn't affect my sleep. Smells carried over, and the instant noodles from the neighboring room were hard to ignore... Luckily, I had a full dinner, so the smell kept me from getting hungry. It's right next to Zhongli Renhai Temple and the Mazu Temple, which I realized when I left. I think the location is great; it's a place that makes me feel at ease. It was a great place to stay. I loved it.

The hotel may be newly renovated, the interior is beautiful, with a patio for natural lighting, very comfortable. It was completely invisible from the outside, good value for money, and ended up staying one more night, so that night was much more expensive. With local friends leading the way, geography is not an issue, but it may be a bit far from the station.
