The service of this hotel is really terrible. We arrived at the hotel around 3 p.m. to check in. The receptionist promised to arrange a room on a high floor for us. However, after waiting for almost half an hour, we were told that the room hadn't been cleaned yet and we had to wait a little longer.
After a while, we were informed that the room on the high floor had been arranged for us. But soon after, the after-sales staff told us that there was a malfunction in the room, and they could only arrange a room on a lower floor. I personally prefer rooms on high floors, and the room they arranged this time was seven floors lower than the high-floor room which was initially promised. I expressed that I still wanted a room on a high floor. The staff said they would rearrange it and asked us to go out and take a stroll for a while, saying that they could arrange it for us at around 4 o'clock.
So we went out. We came back to the hotel at around 4:30 p.m., but the hotel actually said that the room still hadn't been arranged. The receptionist originally said that they would call to find out the situation for us. After all, they had promised that they could arrange the room for us at 4 o'clock. We had been out for an hour and it still hadn't been sorted out, so they definitely had to arrange it quickly. But when the receptionist saw foreign guests, they left us aside and served the foreign guests first instead of following up on our situation. I noticed that when foreign guests came to check in before, they could be quickly arranged with a room, while we were constantly being shuffled around and delayed. This hotel gave us the feeling that they clearly treated us differently and showed a sense of being overly deferential to foreigners, which is really infuriating.
