Very nice and cozy environment to spend a weekend with friends from overseas, hotel greeting, check-in check-out service and room maintenance are all excellent. The Chinese Restaurant at the 2nd floor has lots of very delicious dishes with very good table service too. Thank you for your friendly service!

Best Location for A Line Taoyuan to Taipei Main Station, ABF so nice with Asian and Internaitonal Buffet thaa all complete. the shuttle bus service free from airport to Hotel and from Hotel to airport so convenience and very good service.

My quarantine stay at Monarch was excellent. Since I was a frequent traveler and had stayed there a few times before, they upgraded me to an executive room for my 8-night stay. I truly enjoyed the many big windows, the great view, and the renovated room with the spacious bathroom. My room number was 1206 and I strongly recommend it. Effective 8/6/22, Monarch changed back to a regular hotel with no options for quarantine stays. My husband and I stayed here in Mid-August for 2 nights with free breakfast delivered to the room. We stayed in room 1402, which was a corner renovated room and not bad, but not nearly as spacious as the previous room. Both rooms had views facing the scenic park and that helped make our stays very satisfying.

The location is conveniently close to the airport and rooms were spacious and clean. There’s a small bit of walking if taking the MRT to Linkou station (around 10 minutes of walking). Amenities like toothbrush have to be bought.

The corner family room for 6 was incredible! Beds were big, there was enough space for our 7 luggage. There was also a raised platform with 2 beanbags which we could use for eating and relaxing. There was also 2 large shower rooms and 1 toilet. Excellent! Breakfast buffet was also v good. Spread was wide with both local and western cuisine.

This was a great hotel to stay at before my flight the next morning! First, it is right on the express MRT line, so it’s less than 30 minutes to the airport with frequent trains coming by. Second, it’s connected to the MRT station and the Global shopping mall, so you don’t even need to go outside. You can just exit the station directly into the mall, and the door to the hotel is right there, 1 minute from the station! And then, you can find restaurants in the mall, so it’s convenient. The hotel breakfast is amazing with so many choices of different foods and good coffee. The room was very comfortable, quiet, non-smoking, clean, and spacious. This is simply a great hotel, and I highly recommend it!

This quarantine hotel is only 15 min taxi ride from Taoyuan Airport. It’s so nice to be able to wash off our 16 hr flight nearby after long quarantine procedures. The room is super spacious and is equipped with anything and everything. The service is 24 hrs and is beyond 6 star of any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Strongly recommended. 離機場15分鐘車程。耐心的24小時工作人員真的提供了6星級的服務品質。房間什麼都有。非常暖心的飯店廚師的3餐讓被時差累到的我們非常舒服。飯店幫手Winnie不時送驚喜的點心來。小精靈們總是安安靜靜的送物質。強烈推薦。

Instead of directly turning off the power supply at the scene, the parking fee can only be reduced for 4 hours, but the business staff promised to ”completely free” at that time, and asked to know: free during the 4-hour lease period, may the table set at 13:00, will the customer not wait at the venue first? Because the flight was a red-eye flight! It was already 2 a.m. when we arrived at the hotel after returning home. The night shift counter staff was also very attentive in opening the door and helping to press the elevator (there was too much luggage and no hands) When you enter the room, it is clean, bright and has a high-end feel. The bed was big and easy to sleep on. It was a very good stay experience

Hotel is strangely located at a junction, and so drop off when with big luggage can be slightly tricky. ********* taxi drivers are pretty skillful though. Rooms are basic and relatively clean. Service at reception is dependent on which staff you are speaking to. On 1 evening, I think I got a trainee, who was pretty clueless. Otherwise, staff are usually quite friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast choices are limited but the lady working there is really nice. She makes a big difference! Contrary to what was written on the laundry form, Laundry must be handed in by 8am to get it back on same day. And also not written on the form, no weekend service. All these additional info are placed under the glass on desk, so if u miss it, tough luck. Bus to taipei takes 40mins, absolute must to check timings to plan your schedule to and from taipei.
