Very Good
Eeva choVery hygienic and tidy, more than comfortable and convenient. I will invite friends to come with me next time. It is a rare experience when traveling. You can also take your children to participate in parent-child activities. There are many attractions to visit, and there is also Feng Feifei Story House, which parents love. It is a highly recommended hotel to stay in when traveling! That's perfect, thank you!

KKristina WuI was greeted by a lady when I first arrived (17 June) had 5 luggage with a kid.
Breakfast was great. Buffet selection was good. Lunch wasn’t the best but I understand since it was weekday lunch.
Room was a good size and clean but we didn’t spend much time in it.
On the day of leaving Taiwan (19 June), we woke up later than expected and have 6 luggage due to shopping. The same lady found a vehicle to accommodate us. Very sweet, friendly and helpful lady. She will be the reason that I would stay at the same hotel when I return to Taiwan.

LLeow Jian XiongIt was a great experience to stay in this hotel. The location is good, as it is near to the outlet parks and the shopping area. The room is very clean and has a lot of space for me to place my stuff. As for the bathroom, the water heater might be a bit difficult to control the temperature, but the ventilation is good, and the toilet has an automatic flush as well. The hotel also provides all the necessary amenities and also some snacks. As for the hotel services, their breakfast is great, I have a lot of options, and I don't feel bored even though I stayed there for 10 nights. Lastly, they also provide self-service laundry with the dryer, which is very good for people like me who have stayed there for more than a week. Overall, I enjoy my stay at this hotel, and I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future if I had a chance.

TTiggerbitesa 5 star hotel but feels pretty basic like 3 star. some distance from mrt station. location a bit far. looks porch but a bit lower than expectation for a 5 star. comes with spa but is actually sauna. pool is closed in dec. have gym but didnt go. room has no de humidifier. no hair conditioner. could have better tea in room. towels look a bit dark (off white). just a large bathroom.

LLeochpingStaying on a business trip, overall the CP value is high! I will stay here again if I have the opportunity in the future. I also saw some adults taking their children to stay here as a family. It is also very close to the arts and cultural zone.

Hhack moneyBreakfast has only three main dishes to choose from, but there are few other foods. Since I brought a child with me, I still had to pay 400 yuan, which is not reasonable for Taiwan's market. The overall cleanliness is OK. The location is close to the tourist night market, which is only 3 to 5 minutes away. It is very convenient, but because I stayed at night, there was a serious traffic jam around the night market.

GGuest UserThe hotel is easy to find and very accessible. The area is close to the train system and other public transportation. There are also many malls and restaurants around. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a bank. Check in is at 3 pm but you can leave your luggage with the staff if need be.
The hotel and rooms are ”Hello Kitty” designed. Quite quaint and very colorful. The front office, however, is a bit dark. There are free water fountains. The room is a bit tiny but manageable. There is a free water bottle and hot water kettle. The room is nice and cool. The area at night can be a little noisy due to the traffic in the area.
The bedsheet we had had some small holes and some of the towels are tattered on the seams.
The internet rarely works but there is free internet by the 7-11 area downstairs.
TV works. There are some english channels.
If you are looking for a cheap short stay that gives you a base to roam around , this is ok.

GGuest UserA very convenient place to stay before our flight. Check in time was 3pm but we were able to check in at 12 since there were vacant rooms at that time, which, I appreciate it since other many hotels in taiwan strictly don’t allow us to check in before the check in time. The hotel has free shuttle to the airport and with train station beside it so its also quite convenient to transport to taipei 101 or ximen. I gave 4 stars for the amenities is because maybe the hotel is kinda old, the woods in the cabinet is peeling off, maybe they should consider renovating some of the equipments in the room. But overall, everything was so nice there, especially the airport view, it feels so relaxing seeing the airplanes taking off, and the soundproofing was also nice, we havent hear any noice through the day.

Room is spacious too.
Location is quite great, 2 MRT stations from airport plus 8 minutes walk.
Staffs can communicate in English.
They offered boxed breakfast and taxi booking with NTD 200 fixed rate.
One downside, there was a unique smell in the hallway and inside the room, probably from the carpet..
They also don’t provide amenities as regulated by ****** ****.

GGuest UserThe hotel is super nice, the environment is very clean and quiet, and there is no smell of smoking. The staff are also very enthusiastic and helpful. If I come to Taiwan next time, I will definitely book this hotel again.
