Club Wyndham Taos

As I made my morning coffee a one inch big was crawling on my hand. I discovered bugs in the garbage disposal, behind the coffee maker and throughout the kitchen. Guests have to clean their own rooms and lug garbage down a flight of stairs, explaining the presence of bugs in the kitchen. The beautiful pool is cold as ice in July! Check out at 10:00 am. Rude front desk staff and service is nonexistent. Used to be a nice place and the facilities appear lovely but if you scratch the service it isn’t a pleasant place to stay anymore. Did the hotel comp me or offer any redress for a room full of bugs? No. Instead they tried to gaslight me. “It’s just treebugs bugs. Did you open the windows?” “No I didn’t. I repeated that they were coming up the garbage disposal and suggested they exterminate so the next guest would not experience what I did.” “No I didn’ym

Fourth of July -we saw the town fireworks from the pool area. The room was tidy and very clean. Registration was quick and easy. It is a Wyndham property/extra charge if not Worldmark owner or phone reservation. Manager and staff helpful. Laundry facilities exceptionally well designed and clean. Small business center with 3 computers and printers. Studio room cramped with Murphy bed but ok. LOUD unhappy family in parking lot. Pool was not crowded, hot tub was warm. Decor very beautifully Southwest with large common areas in lobby and sitting area.

We totally enjoyed our experience and stay in-the Taos World Mark. It was a beautiful place and loved the closeness to town without the noise
