Comfortable and good stay, the key is that we drove here by ourselves, and there is a public parking lot next to it, 8 euros a day. After parking the car, you can walk to anywhere. The sun is bright and the scenery is picturesque. The public area of the hotel is also facing the sea. It is very cost-effective and worth recommending. My friend said that this hotel is the most unforgettable one along the way.

Un hotel con quattro stelle che dovrebbe essere classificato al massimo un tre stelle: innanzitutto assenza di ricevimento dalle 20 alle 8 del giorno dopo. La receptionist che ci ha visto entrare dal cancello semiaperto alle 20.02 si è defilata senza una parola…. sala colazioni deprimente, self service con tutto confezionato: siamo nella terra dei dolci ma qui dilaga l’uso delle torte in scatola! In camera, dotata di arredamento e luci non minimaliste ma squallide, un divano letto con macchie ovunque…. Non ti viene per nulla il desiderio di sedertici sopra! Vabbè che siamo a Taormina ma il prezzo pagato non vale ciò che abbiamo trovato!

Come fa un albergo a 4 stelle non avere reception dalle 20 alle 8??? Personale totalmente inageguato alla “stelle” Il prezzo veramente esagerato per una campera grande ma con arrosi squallidi senza personalità e sporchi Povera Taormina !!!

Not sure how this hotel got a four star rating. The rooms are very basic. No amenities ie body lotion, slippers or robes. The towels were super thin. It is a walk up the hill into the main area of town. The rooms do have a partial sea view. The cook to order breakfast was good and the staff in the kitchen were very accommodating. The hotel reception closes at 10:00 PM.

Great location, clean & bright but I was especially struck by the incredible staff from front desk Alexandra & Malania (sorry if I spelt that wrong) who went above & beyond to assist anytime we needed help & housekeeping staff always fast & smiling & to Anita our kind & beautiful breakfast host, that made us the best breakfast’s every morning! Will definitely recommend this hotel & we hope we can return again!

Excellent location, good size room, spa and wellness services and restaurant and bar onsite. Front desk extremely helpful. Room had an elevated view of the ocean and was 5 min walk to central Taormina and 5 min walk to cable car. Excellent Aircon! Right next door to one of the Leading hotels of the World so you know the location cant be beaten thank you

We booked this hotel as we had a family wedding. The room was so noisy as it was facing the road, which was noisy all night and early morning. I didn’t sleep all week. My partner did but he is deaf in one ear which in his case was a god send. I wish I had looked on google maps before booking.

Review: My recent stay at taormina palace was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. The photos displayed on the hotel's website were not an accurate representation of the reality we experienced. Instead of the promised serene view, we found ourselves facing a noisy street with constant traffic, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Upon discovering this discrepancy, we immediately contacted the hotel staff and requested a room change. Despite our pleas, the manager claimed there were no available rooms and showed no willingness to accommodate our needs. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund for our dissatisfaction.
