B&B Casa Andrea

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.La valutazione positiva è data dalla cordialità del proprietario, dalla posizione ottima per visitare Taormina, dalla colazione servita nel terrazzino. Consigliato.

Excellent B & B located in the center of Taormina a few hundred meters from the central square and the pedestrian streets. It is 650 m from the bus terminal with many trips to Catania and the airport. It has a few finely refurbished and large rooms. I had a room on the second floor with a small terrace and a small sea view, clean, with AC (essential in Sicily), fridge and TV. There are some flights of stairs to get there, problems with suitcases or for those with mobility difficulties ... but Taormina is all a staircase! The strong point is Andrea, an efficient, kind and always available host. The breakfast is superb, with pastry products, and the terrace overlooking the sea on the third floor where breakfast is served is beautiful. The lady who prepares breakfast was also very kind and Andrea's mother very nice with whom we had a long conversation. In conclusion, an excellent quality / price ratio with noteworthy Sicilian hospitality.

Прекрасный опыт проживания в центре Таормины: уютная комната, все работает безукоризненно, тихо и спокойно в 3 минутах от шумных улиц. Радушное гостеприимство хозяина, вкусный завтрак и море, видимое с балкона очень украсили наш отдых в Таормине. Искренне рекомендую!

I waited a while before writing this review to try to be as objective as possible, but I must admit that all the good reviews read above are more than deserved! The property is located a stone's throw from the historic center, but still in an area that can be reached by car, in short, the location is excellent. It is a relatively recently renovated B&B that is very characteristic; we had a delightfully furnished room on the second floor, clean and with a very pleasant terrace, with an excellent view, on which to relax! Do not miss the air conditioning, essential in Sicily in certain periods, the TV and the mini-bar! On the third floor there is a wonderful terrace where Andrea and Mrs. Cosima serve breakfast with great care, sweetness and professionalism. The cleanliness of the common areas and the room has always been impeccable! Let's move on to the aspect that most struck us, the commitment of the manager Andrea and Mrs. Cosima towards the customers, all without exception! It is clear that the goal is to ensure that everything goes in the best way for the guest, starting from the arrival, during which we were helped with our numerous bags. In the morning, during breakfast, Mrs. Cosima and Andrea do their utmost by offering very fresh (and excellent) typical products and during which Andrea often offers small, but welcome, gastronomic surprises. During our 3-day stay Andrea gave us a thousand tips (precious), from where to go for dinner (well and without spending too much) to a wonderful boat trip (which I recommend), from where to get the best brioche with granita in which beach was best for us with small children. These are the things that have confirmed that we have made an excellent choice to stay in Taormina. Finally, the price is more than excellent in relation to the structure and the treatment received. In summary we had a great time, Andrea treated us as welcome guests and not as customers, making us feel pampered!
