Stunning ! We booked this hotel as recommended by a friend . This was the best recommendation ever . The hotel … top of the list is the staff at the hotel , from the cleaners , waiters , reception , spa etc . All of them go over and beyond to offer a professional, friendly service . They are all so happy to help and advise and go over and beyond where ever possible . I have to give a special mention to Franko who looks after the pool area. What a guy !! Franko looks after everyone , changes your wet towels , empties your ash tray , keeps the pool area immaculate, he is also a very very nice man who works hard and takes his job seriously, a great asset to the hotel . Also the girls at the well being center who are little gems . The restaurant staff on an evening were superb and really looked after us . I highly recommend the Fields of Gold cocktail. Our rooms were visited by the cleaners x2 daily and kept our room beautiful ! Our room was spacious , wonderful balcony with a breathtaking view . Breakfast was delicious every day with a good amount of choice . Location is great as the hotel is only 50 meters away from the cable car which takes you up into the city . The city is beautiful with lots of great restaurants and shops . I will definitely return to this hotel .

Just spent 5 amazing days at this hotel. The service, from front desk to restaurants and beach, was very attentive. The beach, complete with lounges, umbrellas and drinks, was perfect. Breakfast buffet was massive!! Totally relaxed and enjoyed this place. Highly recommend.

We would like to thank the Mazzaro Sea Palace Team for making our stay so pleasent. In particular we would like to thank Franco and his team for the excellent beach service being always present and helpful. This made us feel comfortable and safe at the beach and the pool. Also the front desk, the concierge and Nino and his team at the brekfast restaurant have to be mentioned in the best way. As always since 2022 we enjoyed the stay. Hope we can afford the Hotel also next year. Tanks a lot

The property is absolutely stunning and sits on the bay of Mazzarò. The property is extremely clean and the rooms are spectacular and the view is a slice of heaven. The food is amazing and service is impressive and the people are so friendly and kind and can speak to you in many languages. It’s close to restaurants and other beaches and you can easily take a cable car called funivia that brings you to the top of Taormina where there are a plethora of restaurants, wine bars, souvenir shops and high end shops. Easy to organize tours from there or your hotel. It’s an absolute gem and would highly recommend staying.

The view from this hotel is stunning! The private beach is perfect, and the bar is amazing. Room furnishings in need of update but everything else was great. Wonderful service and enjoyed very much the vintage Godfather Tour that the hotel arranged. Close walk to Isola Bella. Wonderful place to relax and to end our tour of Italy.

Проявляя родственную заботу!все проблемы решаются молниеносно!отдельное спасибо Кате из ресепшена за колоссальную помощь во всем!ребятам на пляже!Но без чуткого руководства Франко было бы невозможно!персонал ресторана-супер!спасибо за терпение и заботу!

Как всегда все на отлично!!! Приезжаем уже много много лет!Самый лучший отель в Таормине! Замечательный персонал! Начиная от встречающих ребят, далее на ресепшен, где Катерина вас окружает уже который год совершенно потрясающим обаянием и заботой о вашем комфортном пребывании!!! В ресторане на завтраках так же очень душевная и приятная обстановка!!! Клаудия, Нино и другие ребята с вниманием относятся ко всем пожеланиям гостей! Ну конечно пляж с прекрасной бухтой!!! А персонал пляжа во главе с Франко просто волшебники!!! Это лучший сервис который мы где то получали!!! Удачи отелю и персоналу во всем!!!!

It's an amazing hotel with a lovely staff and rooms. We highly recommend it! The beach is so well looked after, very clean sea, and the lifeguards, Giovanni and Franco, spoiled us! It's the best destination in Taormina! Looking forward to visit again!

This is one of the most service focused hotels I've visited. Everyone on site is 100% focused on customer service. But it's not overdone. The location is exquisite and the food is really well done. I wouldn't change a thing. 4 nights of a perfect stay.
